【摘要】：本文緒論部分對于庫存管理研究現狀、物聯網研究現狀以及物聯網技術應用于供應鏈庫存管理的研究現狀做了分析,進而對電力企業(yè)庫存管理的相關研究做了介紹,并對信息技術在電力企業(yè)庫存管理中的應用做描述,為基于物聯網的電力企業(yè)庫存管理做鋪墊。 理論基礎研究介紹了物聯網理論和庫存預測模型,針對電力企業(yè)庫存管理的特點,應用物聯網特性,設計適合電力企業(yè)庫存管理實際的物聯網系統(tǒng)體系架構,對感知層、網絡層以及應用層三層體系架構進行設計；并介紹了用于庫存預測模型的神經網絡預測模型及指數平滑預測模型的理論基礎。物聯網解決方案研究部分首先對倉儲管理體系的業(yè)務流程進行整合分析,進而提出基于物聯網的針對電力企業(yè)庫存管理各個環(huán)節(jié)的可行性方案；電力物資庫存管理流程優(yōu)化研究部分則是結合物聯網的特點,對現有電力物資庫存管理流程進行優(yōu)化,制定了物聯網庫存管理模型的具體實施流程。庫存預測模型部分,研究了用于庫存預測模型的神經網絡預測模型及指數平滑預測模型的具體實施,并用具體算例對預測模型進行驗證。最后對物聯網技術在電網物資庫存管理的應用進行總結,指出現有工作研究的不足之處,并提出以后改進的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In the introduction part of this paper, the research status of inventory management, Internet of things and the application of Internet of things technology in supply chain inventory management are analyzed, and then the related research on inventory management of electric power enterprises is introduced. The application of information technology in the inventory management of electric power enterprises is described, which lays the groundwork for the inventory management of electric power enterprises based on the Internet of things. This paper introduces the theory of Internet of things and inventory prediction model. According to the characteristics of inventory management in electric power enterprises, applying the characteristics of Internet of things, the system architecture of Internet of things, which is suitable for the actual inventory management of electric power enterprises, is designed, and the perceptual layer is designed. The three-layer architecture of network layer and application layer is designed, and the theoretical basis of neural network forecasting model and exponential smoothing prediction model for inventory prediction model is introduced. In the research part of the solution of the Internet of things, the business process of the warehouse management system is integrated and analyzed firstly, and then the feasible scheme for each link of inventory management of electric power enterprise is put forward based on the Internet of things. Based on the characteristics of the Internet of things, the paper optimizes the current inventory management process of electric power materials, and formulates the concrete implementation flow of the inventory management model of the Internet of things. In the part of inventory forecasting model, the implementation of neural network forecasting model and exponential smoothing forecasting model for inventory forecasting model is studied, and the prediction model is verified by concrete calculation examples. Finally, the paper summarizes the application of Internet of things technology in power grid material inventory management, points out the shortcomings of existing research work, and puts forward the research direction of future improvement.
