高頻環(huán)境下多導(dǎo)體傳輸線研究

【摘要】:對于通信設(shè)備制造商,從設(shè)備研制到投入應(yīng)用的過程中,設(shè)備測試是其中一個不可缺少的環(huán)節(jié)。在測試之前開發(fā)人員必須先搭建測試環(huán)境,這將使用到大量的線纜。但是線纜本身存在局限性:一方面,線纜價格昂貴,廠家購買線纜需要花費大量的財力;另一方面,測試過程中測試場景不斷切換需要人工頻繁地搬運線纜來完成,而線纜本身很重人工搬運起來麻煩。線纜的局限性導(dǎo)致測試的效率極其低下。為了解決線纜帶來的測試效率低問題,本文對測試環(huán)境中使用的傳輸線進行研究。本文對測試環(huán)境中使用的多導(dǎo)體傳輸線進行研究,建立了多導(dǎo)體傳輸線的等效電路模型。該電路模型綜合了多個單導(dǎo)體傳輸線模型與傳輸線的干擾模型。對于單導(dǎo)體傳輸線模型,本文通過無源網(wǎng)絡(luò)綜合的方法建立了一個兩級對稱的無源網(wǎng)絡(luò)。對于傳輸線之間的干擾模型,本文通過對傳輸線之間的耦合路徑分析建立了電容矩陣和電感矩陣數(shù)學(xué)模型,并基于實際傳輸線分別采用電荷法和能量法將該數(shù)學(xué)模型進行量化。隨后本文將該多導(dǎo)體傳輸線等效電路模型進行了應(yīng)用,設(shè)計了傳輸線仿真板。該傳輸線仿真板能實現(xiàn)線纜的單個端口或多個端口的衰減和串?dāng)_性能仿真,且其相對于市面上的傳輸線仿真儀在工作頻率范圍上有所提升。本文設(shè)計的傳輸線仿真板經(jīng)實際驗證發(fā)現(xiàn)其有效工作頻率范圍為0~85 MHz,而目前市場上的傳輸線仿真儀有效工作頻率范圍僅能達到0~30MHz。該傳輸線仿真板目前應(yīng)用于華為技術(shù)有限公司,主要用于代替實際線纜接入到測試環(huán)境中從而解決實際線纜引發(fā)的問題。
[Abstract]:For communication equipment manufacturers, equipment testing is an indispensable part in the process of equipment development and application. Developers must build a test environment before testing, which will use a large number of cables. However, the cable itself has its limitations: on the one hand, the cable price is expensive, manufacturers need to spend a lot of money to buy the cable; on the other hand, the continuous switching of test scenarios during the testing process requires frequent manual handling of the cable. The cable itself is very heavy manual handling trouble. The limitation of cable leads to the inefficiency of testing. In order to solve the problem of low test efficiency caused by cable, the transmission line used in test environment is studied in this paper. In this paper, the multi-conductor transmission line used in the test environment is studied, and the equivalent circuit model of the multi-conductor transmission line is established. The circuit model integrates several single conductor transmission line models and interference models of transmission lines. For a single conductor transmission line model, a two-stage symmetric passive network is established by the method of passive network synthesis. For the interference model between transmission lines, the mathematical models of capacitance matrix and inductance matrix are established by analyzing the coupling path between transmission lines, and the mathematical models are quantized by charge method and energy method respectively based on the actual transmission lines. Then the equivalent circuit model of the multi-conductor transmission line is applied and the transmission line simulation board is designed. The transmission line simulator can simulate the attenuation and crosstalk performance of a single port or multiple ports of the cable, and its working frequency range is improved compared with the transmission line simulator on the market. It is found that the effective operating frequency range of the transmission line simulator designed in this paper is 0 ~ 85 MHz, but the effective working frequency range of the transmission line simulator in the market is only 0 ~ 30 MHz. The transmission line emulation board is currently used in Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. It is mainly used to replace the actual cable and connect to the test environment to solve the problem caused by the actual cable.
