雙頻段Koch島型微帶貼片天線的理論研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:本文旨在設(shè)計(jì)一種用于3G通信頻段和5GHzWiFi頻段的雙頻段手機(jī)天線,以Koch島型微帶貼片天線為設(shè)計(jì)原型,采用了理論分析、軟件仿真優(yōu)化與實(shí)物測(cè)試三者結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)方法,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和取得成果有: 首先,根據(jù)天線的工作頻段、增益大小和回波損耗要求,選擇了一種科赫(Koch)島型微帶貼片天線作為設(shè)計(jì)原型。利用Hfss-Matlab-Api腳本對(duì)微帶分形天線編程建模,利用HFSS軟件初步完成天線主要性能指標(biāo)的仿真分析。 其次,為了進(jìn)一步改善天線的方向性和阻抗特性,依據(jù)陣列天線理論、微帶天線小型化技術(shù)和微帶天線寬頻化技術(shù)對(duì)基型微帶天線模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。通過(guò)HFSS軟件的優(yōu)化功能,分析微帶貼片天線各參數(shù)對(duì)天線的輻射特性的影響,提出了滿足設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)的最優(yōu)方案。 再次,根據(jù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案制作了天線實(shí)物,并在微波暗室中完成天線性能測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:在設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)頻段1880-2170MHz和5150-5350MHz范圍內(nèi),回波損耗值都低于-6dB,天線的增益值均大于0dBi,完全符合當(dāng)下的手機(jī)天線設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),且與理論仿真結(jié)果基本吻合。 最后,對(duì)手機(jī)天線安全性指標(biāo)SAR值進(jìn)行仿真分析。將人體頭部模型和手機(jī)天線模型同時(shí)導(dǎo)入HFSS軟件中,仿真分析手機(jī)天線對(duì)人體頭部的電磁影響,對(duì)研究如何減小手機(jī)天線對(duì)人體頭部的輻射起到了指導(dǎo)性作用。 總之,我們提出的雙頻段Koch島型微帶貼片天線具有良好的工程應(yīng)用效果和一定的市場(chǎng)推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to design a dual-band mobile phone antenna for 3G communication band and 5GHz WiFi band. Using Koch island microstrip patch antenna as the prototype, the design method of theoretical analysis, software simulation optimization and physical testing is adopted. The main research contents and achievements are as follows: firstly, a Koch island microstrip patch antenna is selected as the prototype according to the working frequency, gain and echo loss requirements of the antenna. Hfss-Matlab-Api script is used to model the microstrip fractal antenna, and HFSS software is used to simulate and analyze the main antenna performance. Secondly, in order to further improve the directional and impedance characteristics of the antenna, the microstrip antenna miniaturization technology and the microstrip antenna broadband technology are optimized according to the antenna array theory. Through the optimization function of HFSS software, the influence of the parameters of microstrip patch antenna on the radiation characteristics of the antenna is analyzed, and the optimal scheme to meet the design objective is proposed. Thirdly, the antenna object is made according to the optimized design scheme, and the antenna performance is tested in the microwave darkroom. The test results show that in the range of 1880-2170MHz and 5150-5350MHz, the return loss is lower than -6dB, and the gain of antenna is larger than 0dBi. it fully accords with the current design standard of mobile phone antenna, and is in good agreement with the theoretical simulation results. Finally, the SAR value of antenna security index of mobile phone is simulated and analyzed. The human head model and the mobile phone antenna model are introduced into HFSS software at the same time, and the electromagnetic effect of the mobile phone antenna on the human head is simulated and analyzed, which plays a guiding role in the study of how to reduce the radiation of the mobile phone antenna to the human head. In conclusion, the proposed dual-band Koch island microstrip patch antenna has good engineering application effect and certain market value.
