增加PIFA手機(jī)天線帶寬的優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法研究

【摘要】:本文針對目前智能手機(jī)對天線的普遍要求設(shè)計了一種低剖面寬頻帶天線。天線工作頻段為GSM900M\DCS1800M\PCS1900M\TD1900M\TD2100M, PIFA形式天線。體積53mm*8mm*3mm面積531mm2。為充分適應(yīng)智能機(jī)的需要,該天線高度比較低,靠主板邊緣處2mm,靠主板內(nèi)側(cè)最高的地方4mm,平均高度3mm。該天線在結(jié)構(gòu)上采用傾斜的平面,該設(shè)計充分利用了手機(jī)圓弧流線的外形特點(diǎn),為天線爭取到了最大的凈空體積,為設(shè)計目標(biāo)帶寬提供了必要的天線凈空體積。這個天線綜合運(yùn)用了接地干擾片耦合技術(shù)、改變參考地形狀增加天線帶寬的技術(shù)、曲流技術(shù)、多分支技術(shù)和匹配網(wǎng)絡(luò)等多種技術(shù)方法對天線進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。設(shè)計方式采用先用HFSS軟件對天線進(jìn)行電腦仿真,再用實物進(jìn)行制作,對仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗證。經(jīng)驗證,實物設(shè)計結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果較為一致,對以后利用該技術(shù)提高天線帶寬有切實的參考意義。利用這些技術(shù)后,這個天線不但以多頻段,寬帶寬,高效率,高增益,低剖面的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)達(dá)到了行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而且以其成本低,易組裝的經(jīng)濟(jì)實用性,實現(xiàn)了良好的商業(yè)價值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a low profile broadband antenna is designed to meet the general requirement of smart phone antenna. The frequency band of antenna is GSM900M\ DCS1800M\ PCS1900M\ TD1900M\ TD2100M. Volume 53mm*8mm*3mm area 531mm 2. In order to fully meet the needs of the smart machine, the antenna height is relatively low, 2mm on the edge of the main board and 4mm on the top of the inner side of the main board, with an average height of 3 mm. The antenna adopts inclined plane in structure. The design makes full use of the shape characteristics of the mobile phone arc streamline to obtain the maximum clearance volume for the antenna and provides the necessary antenna clearance volume for the design of the target bandwidth. The antenna is optimized by various techniques, such as grounding interference chip coupling technology, changing the shape of reference ground and increasing antenna bandwidth, meandering technology, multi-branch technology and matching network, etc. Firstly, the antenna is simulated by HFSS software, and then the simulation results are verified. It is verified that the result of the design is in agreement with the simulation result, which has practical reference significance for improving the antenna bandwidth by using this technique in the future. By using these technologies, the antenna not only achieves the industry standard with the characteristics of multi-frequency band, wide band, high efficiency, high gain and low profile, but also has good commercial value because of its low cost and easy to assemble.
