LTE-A手機看門狗電路的設計與研究

【摘要】:首先簡要介紹了LTE-A手機終端的系統(tǒng)結構,在此基礎上為解決LTE-A手機程序跑飛需要拔電池重啟的問題,提出了基于分立器件實現(xiàn)看門狗復位的設計方案,結合基帶處理器的通用輸入輸出接口進行軟件控制,能夠輸出滿足系統(tǒng)供自動重啟需要的復位時間,并對硬件進行了系統(tǒng)的測試,該看門狗電路具有較高的時效性和可靠性,有助于提高LTE-A手機系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the system structure of LTE-A mobile phone terminal is briefly introduced. In order to solve the problem that the LTE-A mobile phone program needs to be restarted by unplugging the battery, a design scheme based on discrete devices to realize the watchdog reset is put forward. Combined with the general input and output interface of the baseband processor to control the software, the reset time that meets the need of automatic restart of the system can be outputted. The hardware is tested systematically. The watchdog circuit has high timeliness and reliability. It is helpful to improve the stability of LTE-A mobile phone system.
