【摘要】:3GPP長期演進(jìn)(LTE)是目前無線通信領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的主流技術(shù)。在LTE網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)中,自組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)(SON)技術(shù)是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究工作的重要內(nèi)容,它被認(rèn)為是未來管理和維護(hù)復(fù)雜的移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),并能有效支撐異構(gòu)多制式系統(tǒng)、提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能、降低運(yùn)營成本的有效途徑,因此,有關(guān)的研究近年來受到了學(xué)術(shù)界及工業(yè)界的廣泛關(guān)注。 SON的主要目的是實(shí)現(xiàn)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的自主完善功能,能有效減少人工參與,降低運(yùn)營成本。SON的功能主要體現(xiàn)在自配置、自優(yōu)化、自愈合三個(gè)方面。移動(dòng)魯棒性優(yōu)化(MRO)和移動(dòng)負(fù)載均衡(MLB)是自優(yōu)化中的兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵的技術(shù)。MRO主要用于解決小區(qū)內(nèi)用戶設(shè)備(UE)的切換問題,保證用戶的服務(wù)質(zhì)量;而MLB主要用于解決小區(qū)之間負(fù)載不均衡問題,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)的資源利用率,可以有效地提升熱點(diǎn)地區(qū)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)容量。因此,對(duì)上述兩個(gè)技術(shù)的理論研究,對(duì)于指導(dǎo)實(shí)際系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)質(zhì)量、提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源利用率和降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營成本具有重要意義。 本論文以無線自優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為研究背景,對(duì)MLB與MRO之間的矛盾沖突解決策略、MLB算法設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。本論文主要的創(chuàng)新成果簡介如下: 1、提出一種基于最優(yōu)化理論的MRO與MLB間沖突避免策略?紤]用戶在特定的時(shí)間間隔內(nèi)接收信號(hào)強(qiáng)度變化量,對(duì)不同用戶動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整切換范圍,并對(duì)MLB問題進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,基于最優(yōu)化理論設(shè)計(jì)MLB的目標(biāo)優(yōu)化函數(shù),將MRO允許的切換參數(shù)取值范圍作為約束條件,求得調(diào)整切換參數(shù)的調(diào)整區(qū)間。此外,考慮小區(qū)的負(fù)載分布情況,求得切換參數(shù)的合理調(diào)整值。仿真表明,較之現(xiàn)有的方法,所提的方案不僅能避免MRO與MLB間的沖突發(fā)生,而且能更有效的均衡小區(qū)間負(fù)載,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)。 2、小區(qū)間動(dòng)態(tài)負(fù)載均衡算法的優(yōu)劣對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能有很大的影響,現(xiàn)有的算法大都顧此失彼,難以保證網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)鍵性能指標(biāo)(如呼叫阻塞率等)達(dá)到最佳。為了解決這個(gè)問題,本文將負(fù)載均衡問題建模為多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題,,以小區(qū)的可用資源數(shù)和用戶的服務(wù)質(zhì)量要求作為約束條件,對(duì)不同服務(wù)質(zhì)量要求的用戶分別建模其相應(yīng)的目標(biāo)優(yōu)化函數(shù),對(duì)有服務(wù)質(zhì)量要求用戶,其目標(biāo)函數(shù)是負(fù)載均衡指示函數(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)平均負(fù)載函數(shù)的聯(lián)合優(yōu)化函數(shù),而對(duì)沒有服務(wù)質(zhì)量要求用戶(BE用戶),其目標(biāo)函數(shù)是所有BE用戶吞吐量的總效用函數(shù)。另外,考慮到在實(shí)際系統(tǒng)中運(yùn)行的計(jì)算復(fù)雜度問題,本文同時(shí)給出了一種復(fù)雜度較低的啟發(fā)式算法。仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提算法的有效性。 3、已有的文獻(xiàn)在研究負(fù)載均衡算法時(shí),優(yōu)化目標(biāo)一般是最大限度的均衡小區(qū)間負(fù)載,而忽略了網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)鍵性能指標(biāo)(KPI),優(yōu)化后網(wǎng)絡(luò)的負(fù)載均衡指示函數(shù)雖然可達(dá)到最優(yōu),但網(wǎng)絡(luò)的KPI卻不理想,而在實(shí)際系統(tǒng)中,KPI才是最重要的參數(shù)指標(biāo)。本文提出了一種以網(wǎng)絡(luò)的KPI作為負(fù)載均衡優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的算法,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的負(fù)載均衡目標(biāo)是最小化網(wǎng)絡(luò)的呼叫掉話阻塞率(CDBR),并將小區(qū)的可用資源數(shù)和用戶的服務(wù)質(zhì)量要求作為約束條件?紤]到降低算法的計(jì)算復(fù)雜度,同時(shí)提出了一種分布式負(fù)載均衡算法。同樣,通過仿真驗(yàn)證了所提算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:3GPP Long Term Evolution ( LTE ) is the mainstream technology in the field of wireless communication . In the LTE network system , self organizing network ( SON ) technology is an important part of standardization research work . It is regarded as an effective way to manage and maintain a complex mobile communication network in the future , and can effectively support the heterogeneous multi - system system , improve the network performance and reduce the operating cost .

The main purpose of SON is to realize the function of self - improvement of wireless network , reduce the labor cost effectively and reduce the operating cost . The function of SON is mainly embodied in the three aspects of self - configuration , self - optimization and self - healing . Mobile robustness optimization ( MRO ) and mobile load balancing ( MLB ) are two key technologies in self - optimization . MRO is mainly used to solve the handover problem of user equipment ( UE ) in the cell area and guarantee the service quality of users ;
and MLB is mainly used for solving the problem of load imbalance between cells , improving the resource utilization rate of the network , effectively improving the network capacity of the hot spot area , and therefore , the theoretical research on the two technologies is of great significance to guide the actual system to optimize the network service quality , improve the network resource utilization rate and reduce the network operation cost .

Taking the wireless self - optimization network as the research background , this paper studies the conflict resolution strategy and MLB algorithm design between MLB and MRO . The main innovations of this paper are as follows :

1 . Based on the optimization theory , the conflict avoidance strategy between MRO and MLB is proposed . In consideration of user ' s received signal strength change amount in certain time interval , the range of switching parameters is dynamically adjusted for different users . Based on the optimization theory , the target optimization function of MLB is designed , and the reasonable adjustment value of the switching parameter is obtained . The simulation shows that the proposed scheme not only can avoid the conflict between MRO and MLB , but also can balance the small interval load more effectively , and improve the performance indexes of the network .

In order to solve the problem , the load balance problem is modeled as a multi - objective optimization problem . 3 .
