【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,商場中的價(jià)簽得到大家的廣泛關(guān)注。在日常生活中,價(jià)簽隨處可見,它為消費(fèi)者提供商品的名稱、產(chǎn)地和價(jià)格等信息,更加方便消費(fèi)者購買。但是傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)價(jià)簽在生產(chǎn)和使用的過程中容易受到生產(chǎn)條件和外界環(huán)境等因素的影響,由于價(jià)簽所顯示信息與商品實(shí)際信息不匹配而帶來的問題,不僅為消費(fèi)者帶來麻煩,甚至?xí)斐缮碳遗c消費(fèi)者之間的糾紛。針對這個(gè)問題,提出了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的電子價(jià)簽管理系統(tǒng),保證價(jià)簽信息實(shí)時(shí)準(zhǔn)確,實(shí)現(xiàn)對價(jià)簽顯示信息和工作狀態(tài)的全面管理。作為國家863項(xiàng)目“基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的工業(yè)管控一體化項(xiàng)目”的一部分,本系統(tǒng)通過分析電子價(jià)簽的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的相關(guān)技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)一套完整的電子價(jià)簽管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的主要工作如下：(1)針對傳統(tǒng)價(jià)簽存在的易丟失、更新慢等問題,不再采用傳統(tǒng)紙制品和液晶屏作為顯示設(shè)備,而是采用電子紙顯示器,此顯示器具有易閱讀、低功耗和無需持續(xù)刷新等優(yōu)點(diǎn)；(2)價(jià)簽的顯示終端定時(shí)向匯聚節(jié)點(diǎn)發(fā)送心跳包,匯聚節(jié)點(diǎn)將心跳包信息存放在數(shù)據(jù)庫中,管理系統(tǒng)通過對心跳包信息的檢查,來實(shí)現(xiàn)對價(jià)簽顯示終端的工作狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的管理；(3)利用B/S模式搭建電子價(jià)簽的管理系統(tǒng),能夠?qū)λ袃r(jià)簽進(jìn)行創(chuàng)建、查找、刪除等操作,同時(shí)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)價(jià)簽信息的導(dǎo)出和打�。�(4)對數(shù)據(jù)庫中的信息、操作界面顯示的信息和顯示設(shè)備上的信息保證同步更新；(5)通過Socket異步通信技術(shù),完成價(jià)簽顯示終端和管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)通信,使得指令的發(fā)送和反饋信息的接收能夠同時(shí)進(jìn)行,保證整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的通信正常,以實(shí)現(xiàn)對電子價(jià)簽實(shí)時(shí)的、全面的管理。本系統(tǒng)結(jié)合了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的無線傳輸、Socket通信等技術(shù),選用低能耗、高性能的硬件設(shè)備。經(jīng)測試表明,本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定,節(jié)點(diǎn)之間可以進(jìn)行一定距離的信息傳輸,價(jià)簽顯示終端可以與管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行及時(shí)的信息交互。同時(shí),系統(tǒng)具有功耗低、成本低、體積小、設(shè)備安裝使用方便、可擴(kuò)展,抗干擾能力強(qiáng),應(yīng)用范圍廣等特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)對電子價(jià)簽的有效管理。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the price tag in shopping malls has been paid more and more attention. In daily life, the price tag can be seen everywhere, it provides consumers with information about the name, origin and price of the goods, which is more convenient for consumers to buy. However, the traditional paper price tag is easy to be affected by the production conditions and the external environment in the process of production and use. The problems caused by the mismatch between the information displayed by the price tag and the actual information of the commodity not only bring trouble to the consumers. It can even cause disputes between merchants and consumers. To solve this problem, an electronic price tag management system based on the Internet of things is proposed to ensure the real-time accuracy of the price tag information and to realize the overall management of the price tag display information and the working state. As part of the national 863 project "Industrial Management and Control Integration Project based on the Internet of things", this system combines the relevant technologies of the Internet of things by analyzing the domestic and foreign development status of electronic price tag. Design and implement a complete set of electronic price tag management system. The main work of this system is as follows: (1) aiming at the problems of loss and slow updating of traditional price tags, traditional paper products and LCD screens are no longer used as display devices, but electronic paper displays, which are easy to read. A display terminal with low power consumption and no need for continuous refresh sends a heartbeat packet to a sink node on a regular basis. The sink node stores the heartbeat packet information in a database, and the management system checks the heartbeat packet information. To realize the real-time management of the working state of the price tag display terminal.) to build an electronic price tag management system using the B / S model, and to create, find, delete and other operations on all the price tags. At the same time, it can realize the export and printing of the price tag information, and the information in the database, the information displayed in the operation interface and the information on the display equipment can be updated synchronously by means of socket asynchronous communication technology. The real-time communication between the price sign display terminal and the management system is completed, so that the sending of instructions and the receiving of feedback information can be carried out simultaneously, ensuring the communication of the whole system is normal, so as to realize the real-time and comprehensive management of the electronic price tag. This system combines the wireless transmission socket communication technology in the Internet of things, chooses the low energy consumption, the high performance hardware equipment. The test results show that the system is running stably, the nodes can transmit information in a certain distance, and the price tag display terminal can interact with the management system in time. At the same time, the system has the characteristics of low power consumption, low cost, small volume, convenient installation and use of equipment, extensible, strong anti-interference ability, wide application range and so on, so it can realize the effective management of electronic price tag.
