基于多代理的通信領域虛擬服務系統(tǒng)構建研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展,通信技術變革日新月異,我國移動通信領域取得了重要的進步。無論是在通信基礎設施等硬件條件的建設方面,還是在通信質(zhì)量等軟件條件的提升方面都邁上了一個新臺階。然而,隨著通信市場逐步邁向成熟,市場格局逐步趨向合理,龐大的通信消費在給通信企業(yè)集團帶來機遇的同時,也帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。一方面,通信服務的覆蓋率逐年上升,單純靠新增入網(wǎng)用戶數(shù)量帶來紅利的發(fā)展模式,勢必會受到用戶數(shù)量增長乏力的瓶頸限制,導致各大通信企業(yè)對用戶資源的爭奪日趨激烈;另一方面,為了應對激烈的市場競爭,各大通信企業(yè)不斷推出各種類型的通信虛擬服務來搶占市場,試圖通過降低客戶資費的方式,提高客戶忠誠度的目的,但是,僅僅從企業(yè)自身角度出發(fā),快速制定出的大量虛擬服務往往很難準確把握客戶的需要,不僅沒有實現(xiàn)對市場的占有,反而形成了諸如:系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各種同質(zhì)的虛擬服務堆積、虛擬服務受眾客戶群有限、維護規(guī)模成本偏高以及前后期服務缺乏規(guī)劃等問題,極大的影響了通信企業(yè)的核心競爭力。 通信企業(yè)運營支撐系統(tǒng)是通信領域技術變革的重要產(chǎn)物,在傳統(tǒng)模式下,其為通信企業(yè)虛擬服務的運營提供了重要的支撐。然而,在新的以虛擬服務為主體的競爭環(huán)境中,隨著虛擬服務多樣化需求的拓展,其對運營支撐系統(tǒng)的依賴已經(jīng)不僅僅局限于通信業(yè)務的處理,而是對虛擬服務的全周期管理。相比而言,傳統(tǒng)的運營支撐系統(tǒng)存在著系統(tǒng)體系結構缺乏靈活性、虛擬服務需求反應周期長、虛擬服務差異化不明顯以及虛擬服務評價缺失等問題,很難適應虛擬服務的不斷增長和快速變化。 本文通過對通信虛擬服務系統(tǒng)體系結構的研究,深入分析了現(xiàn)階段虛擬服務的運營狀況,借助多Agent的結構模式和本體知識描述構建了基于多Agent和本體的通信領域虛擬服務系統(tǒng)體系結構,主要研究內(nèi)容和成果如下: (1)提出了基于多Agent的通信虛擬服務系統(tǒng)體系框架 通信虛擬服務系統(tǒng)的構建是一個多環(huán)節(jié)相互作用、多因素相互影響的動態(tài)、開放式問題,其主體在于通信集團和地區(qū)分公司在虛擬服務生命周期中的職能劃分。本文根據(jù)這一特點,充分發(fā)揮多Agent系統(tǒng)在分布式計算和協(xié)作方面的優(yōu)勢,提出了基于多Agent的通信虛擬服務系統(tǒng)體系框架。 (2)建立了基于動態(tài)補償?shù)耐ㄐ殴操Y源沖突消解策略 針對通信領域內(nèi)不同虛擬服務對信道資源的分配沖突問題,本文提出了基于集團—地區(qū)分公司的組織結構和公共資源沖突消解兩種模型下的各子公司Agent的協(xié)作模式建模,并提出了基于動態(tài)補償?shù)墓操Y源沖突消解策略,詳細描述了基于各地區(qū)公司Agent在公共資源使用沖突時的協(xié)商途徑。 (3)提出了通信領域虛擬服務本體的構建方法 科學有效的描述虛擬服務的知識結構是實現(xiàn)虛擬服務差異化、個性化的重要手段。本文為實現(xiàn)對虛擬服務形式化描述和推理求解,提出了通信領域虛擬服務本體的構建方法。構建方法根據(jù)通信領域多專業(yè)交叉的特點,提出了領域相關度(Domain Correlation)的概念,詳細闡述了多專業(yè)本體集成的方法與模型,并針對知識推理構建了本體集成推理體系。 (4)提出了基于灰色綜合評價的虛擬服務評價方法 本文根據(jù)虛擬服務的應用特點,從通信企業(yè)、用戶和虛擬服務自身三個方而建立了虛擬服務的綜合評價體系,并采用灰色模型方法對虛擬服務進行了評價,并對評價結果進行分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy and the changing of communication technology , it has made important progress in the field of mobile communication .
On the other hand , in order to deal with the fierce market competition , each major communication enterprise continuously launches various kinds of communication virtual services to seize the market , and attempts to improve the customer loyalty through reducing the customer ' s tariff . However , it is difficult to accurately grasp the customer ' s needs by reducing the customer ' s tariff . Instead , it has not only realized the occupation of the market , but also formed the problems such as the accumulation of various homogeneous virtual services in the system , the limited customer base of the virtual service , the high cost of the maintenance scale and the lack of planning of the service in the former later period , and greatly influences the core competitiveness of the communication enterprises .
The operation support system of communication enterprises is an important product of technological change in communication field . In the traditional mode , it provides an important support for the operation of virtual service in communication enterprises . However , in the new competitive environment based on virtual service , its reliance on the operation support system is not limited to the processing of the communication service , but the full cycle management of the virtual service . In contrast , the traditional operation support system has the problems of lack of flexibility in the system architecture , long response period of the virtual service , lack of virtual service differentiation and lack of virtual service evaluation , etc . It is difficult to adapt to the growing and rapid change of the virtual service .
Based on the research of the architecture of communication virtual service system , this paper deeply analyzes the operation status of virtual service at present , and constructs a virtual service system architecture based on multi - agent and ontology based on multi - agent structure model and ontology knowledge description . The main research contents and results are as follows :
( 1 ) The framework of multi - agent communication virtual service system is proposed .
The construction of communication virtual service system is a multi - link and multi - factor dynamic and open problem . Its main subject lies in the functional division of communication group and regional branch in the life cycle of virtual service . According to this feature , the advantage of multi - agent system in distributed computing and collaboration is brought into full play , and the framework of multi - agent communication virtual service system is proposed .
( 2 ) establishing a communication public resource conflict resolution strategy based on dynamic compensation ;
Aiming at the problem of allocation conflict of different virtual service to channel resources in communication field , this paper puts forward the collaborative model modeling of each subsidiary agent based on the organization structure and public resource conflict resolution of the group - region subsidiary company , and puts forward the public resource conflict resolution strategy based on dynamic compensation , and details the negotiation route of the agent in the use of public resources based on the regional company agent .
( 3 ) The construction method of virtual service ontology in communication field is proposed .
In order to realize the formal description of virtual service and the solution of reasoning , this paper proposes the construction method of virtual service ontology in the field of communication . The paper presents the concept of domain correlation based on the characteristics of multi - discipline crossing in communication field , and describes the method and model of domain correlation in detail , and constructs ontology integrated reasoning system for knowledge reasoning .
( 4 ) The virtual service evaluation method based on grey comprehensive evaluation is proposed .
According to the application characteristics of virtual service , this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation system of virtual service from three parties of communication enterprise , user and virtual service , and evaluates the virtual service using the grey model method , and analyzes the evaluation result .
