光纖分配網(wǎng)遠程施工系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在傳統(tǒng)的光纖分配網(wǎng)(ODN)中,施工人員采用紙質(zhì)工單進行施工,施工效率和正確率低,光纖設(shè)備資源浪費嚴重。為了解決此類問題,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一種ODN遠程施工系統(tǒng)。論文首先介紹了該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案以及工作原理,然后介紹了系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計與軟件開發(fā)實現(xiàn)。論文重點闡述了系統(tǒng)硬件中藍牙通信模塊和單片機控制器的設(shè)計與開發(fā),以及系統(tǒng)軟件中服務(wù)器工單子系統(tǒng)和移動施工客戶端程序的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。使用該系統(tǒng)時,施工人員利用移動施工客戶端通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)以Web Service方式從工單子系統(tǒng)獲得施工命令,然后通過藍牙通信模塊將施工命令轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給施工設(shè)備上單片機控制器,從而實現(xiàn)對光纜交接箱的施工控制。實際測試結(jié)果表明,使用該系統(tǒng)得到的電子施工結(jié)果正確,可以有效提升運營商對于ODN資源的管理效率。
[Abstract]:In the traditional optical fiber distribution network (ODN), the construction personnel use paper work order to carry on the construction, the construction efficiency and the correct rate are low, the optical fiber equipment resources are wasted seriously. In order to solve this problem, an ODN remote construction system is designed and implemented. This paper first introduces the design scheme and working principle of the system, then introduces the hardware design and software development of the system. This paper focuses on the design and development of Bluetooth communication module and MCU controller in the system hardware, as well as the design and implementation of server worksheet subsystem and mobile construction client program in the system software. When using the system, the constructors use mobile construction client to obtain the construction command from the work order subsystem by Web Service through the network, and then transmit the construction command to the single-chip microcomputer controller on the construction equipment through Bluetooth communication module. Thus, the construction control of optical cable transfer box is realized. The actual test results show that the electronic construction results obtained by using the system are correct and can effectively improve the efficiency of operators' management of ODN resources.
