Power Distribution and Utilization Communication Network for Smart Grid

ABSTRACT: Based on the up-to-date theory for the construction of smart power communication network home and abroad, the concrete planning, design and implementation of the construction of power distribution and utilization network are researched. Firstly, the related services of smart power distribution and utilization network and the relation among services and demands of service communication are analyzed, and basic service network models corresponding to various types of services are constructed; then in the viewpoint of the development of the network merging multi services, key technical elements related to the construction of communication network merging four kind of services such as available communication technology, structure of communication protocols, technology of synthetical network management and network security technology, are analyzed; finally based on the experiences of actual construction a typical infrastructure based on multi-technological networking, which can support following services: advanced distribution automation, acquisition of power utilization information, video surveillance and environment monitoring, bi-directional information communication between power suppliers and consumers and temporary emergency communication, is put forward, and corresponding typical technical implementation scheme for the construction of such a communication network is given.
KEY WORDS: smart grid; distribution communication network; service model; communication network framework 摘要:結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外最新的智能電力通信網(wǎng)建設(shè)理論,研究了配用電通信網(wǎng)建設(shè)的具體規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)。首先分析了智能配用電網(wǎng)的相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)、業(yè)務(wù)之間的關(guān)系、業(yè)務(wù)通信需求等,構(gòu)建出對(duì)應(yīng)各類業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型。然后從多業(yè)務(wù)融合網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展角度,分析了構(gòu)建4種業(yè)務(wù)融合通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)要素(如可用的通信技術(shù)、通信協(xié)議結(jié)構(gòu)、綜合網(wǎng)管技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全技術(shù)等)。最后結(jié)合實(shí)際建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出

0 引言
配用電網(wǎng)是電能分配使用的重要通道,是電網(wǎng)的重要組成部分。配用電通信網(wǎng)是保障配用電網(wǎng)正常運(yùn)行、故障快速響應(yīng)、資源高效利用、業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)、電力生產(chǎn)可持續(xù)的信息通道。配用電通信得到廣泛關(guān)注,主要是存在很多問(wèn)題:配用電通信系統(tǒng)缺乏總體規(guī)劃,各種業(yè)務(wù)獨(dú)立建立通信網(wǎng),多采用專有通信協(xié)議,業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相互孤立,電力設(shè)備通信接口專用等因素造成通信網(wǎng)兼容性差,通信資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重,新業(yè)務(wù)建設(shè)通信網(wǎng)難度日益增大等[1-5]。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,智能電網(wǎng)成為未來(lái)提高供電質(zhì)量、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)服務(wù)水平等的重要手段[6-7];但是智能電網(wǎng)要求配用電通信網(wǎng)解決更多業(yè)務(wù)信息的接入問(wèn)題,包括高級(jí)配電自動(dòng)化、用電信息自動(dòng)全采集、風(fēng)光儲(chǔ)新能源接入、設(shè)備實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和資產(chǎn)無(wú)縫的管理、用電服務(wù)多樣和定制等新需求,對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,目前并沒有有效的解決途徑。
國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于智能電網(wǎng)和相關(guān)信息通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展開展了廣泛的研究[8-14]。在通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè)方面,考慮通信系統(tǒng)建設(shè)向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展,通過(guò)統(tǒng)一接口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、統(tǒng)一基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)協(xié)議規(guī)范、建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)、多業(yè)務(wù)融合傳輸模式等,從而達(dá)到簡(jiǎn)化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施復(fù)雜多樣、簡(jiǎn)化系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì)難度、提高業(yè)務(wù)終端信息交互兼容性等的目的。本文即是在這樣的背景下,系統(tǒng)地研究把這種系統(tǒng)化理論和原則應(yīng)用到配用電通信網(wǎng)建設(shè)的具體規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)中,以解決配用電通信網(wǎng)規(guī)劃缺乏系統(tǒng)性、業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)孤立建網(wǎng)、多技術(shù)優(yōu)化組網(wǎng)等方面的問(wèn)題。
