【摘要】：本文主要論述在微波系統(tǒng)使用中較多矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過多S參數(shù)測(cè)試方法與多通道ATS中的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)問題具體的論述,首先對(duì)多S參數(shù)自動(dòng)測(cè)試方法作了簡(jiǎn)要概述,其次論述了多通道ATS系統(tǒng)包含(單通道多參數(shù)的校準(zhǔn),多通道多參數(shù)校準(zhǔn)),最后對(duì)這一方法的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)做了詳細(xì)的論述和分析。
[Abstract]:On the basis of multi-vector network analyzer used in microwave system, this paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of multi-S parameter test method and multi-channel ATS. This paper first gives a brief overview of the automatic testing method of multi-S parameters, and then discusses the multi-channel ATS system including (single channel multi-parameter calibration, multi-channel multi-parameter calibration). Finally, the design and implementation of this method are discussed and analyzed in detail.
