【摘要】:超聲波反射法應(yīng)用于高爐爐墻測(cè)厚時(shí),高爐內(nèi)部環(huán)境高溫高噪聲的特點(diǎn),造成超聲回波信號(hào)被噪聲湮沒的問題;針對(duì)這一問題,研究了超聲波在金屬介質(zhì)中傳播的機(jī)理,分析了超聲回波信號(hào)信噪比下降的原因以及實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)域和頻域的特征,設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)了高爐爐墻測(cè)厚的超聲波發(fā)射電路和信號(hào)調(diào)理電路;采用加熱爐模擬高爐200~1 000℃溫度環(huán)境,對(duì)直徑40mm、長(zhǎng)度1.2m的鐵棒進(jìn)行測(cè)厚實(shí)驗(yàn);經(jīng)實(shí)測(cè),改進(jìn)的發(fā)射電路發(fā)射的超聲信號(hào)強(qiáng)度增大,回波處理電路處理后超聲回波信號(hào)信噪比明顯提高、峰值清晰可辯,解決了噪聲湮沒回波信號(hào)的問題,提高了高爐爐墻測(cè)厚的測(cè)量精度,對(duì)高爐的高產(chǎn)、順產(chǎn)和延長(zhǎng)爐齡具有實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:When the ultrasonic reflection method is applied to the thickness measurement of blast furnace wall, the characteristics of high temperature and high noise in the inner environment of blast furnace cause the ultrasonic echo signal to be obliterated by noise, aiming at this problem, the mechanism of ultrasonic wave propagation in metal medium is studied. In this paper, the causes of the decrease of signal to noise ratio of ultrasonic echo signal and the characteristics of time domain and frequency domain of experimental data are analyzed, the ultrasonic emission circuit and signal conditioning circuit for thickness measurement of blast furnace wall are designed and improved, and the heating furnace is used to simulate the temperature environment of 2001000 鈩,
