【摘要】:隨著雷達技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,新體制雷達的不斷涌現(xiàn),新技術(shù)在雷達系統(tǒng)的深入應(yīng)用,雷達偵察任務(wù)的環(huán)境越來越復(fù)雜。為了適應(yīng)復(fù)雜的電磁偵察環(huán)境,偵察接收機要求覆蓋整個電子戰(zhàn)頻域范圍來截獲各類不同的雷達信號。因此,研制接收頻帶寬、抗干擾能力強的雷達偵察機已成為電子信息戰(zhàn)的必然趨勢。幅度均衡寬帶放大鏈路作為寬帶雷達偵察機的核心模塊,制約著電子偵察機的整體性能水平,對電子信息戰(zhàn)的成敗起著決定性的作用。鏈路核心組件為寬帶低噪聲放大器和寬帶濾波器,寬帶低噪聲放大器決定整個系統(tǒng)的靈敏度以及動態(tài)范圍,而寬帶濾波器則能夠很好的提高系統(tǒng)的抗干擾能力。本文在研究串聯(lián)負(fù)反饋和并聯(lián)負(fù)反饋原型結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,對串聯(lián)負(fù)反饋微帶線的長度進行了修正,采用高阻抗線替換常規(guī)并聯(lián)負(fù)反饋環(huán)上的電感元件,從而改善了放大器的增益平坦度、輸入輸出駐波和穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)合寬帶匹配解析理論,舍棄了傳統(tǒng)T型和π型匹配電路,提出了一種新型低Q值微帶十字型匹配支節(jié)來拓展放大器的匹配帶寬。采用電阻串聯(lián)電感到地的π型幅度均衡網(wǎng)絡(luò),以提高低噪聲放大器輸出增益平坦度。最終研制的寬帶均衡低噪聲放大器實物尺寸為36mm×32mm×15mm,在1.5GHz-5.5GHz范圍內(nèi)增益為21±0.5dB,噪聲系數(shù)小于1.85dB,回波損耗優(yōu)于9dB,輸出1dB壓縮點大于10dBm。本文還采用交指耦合線饋電多模諧振器結(jié)構(gòu)完成了常規(guī)結(jié)構(gòu)寬帶多模濾波器的設(shè)計。在常規(guī)電路結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過加載缺陷地(DGS)、短截線等電路結(jié)構(gòu)來改變交指耦合線的電磁分布,從而提高交指耦合線的耦合強度,拓寬濾波器的通帶。通過加載階梯阻抗諧振器(SIR)、折疊開路階梯阻抗諧振器(SIS)等電路結(jié)構(gòu),以引入傳輸零點,從而改善濾波器的邊帶滾降特性。最終研制的交指耦合線加載短截線寬帶7模濾波器電路尺寸為43.6mm×9.8mm,在1.2GHz-5.15GHz范圍內(nèi)(預(yù)期設(shè)計通帶為1.5GHz-5.5GHz,實測通帶往低頻偏移),插入損耗小于2.5dB,回波損耗優(yōu)于15dB,帶外抑制大于45dB。最終研制的幅度均衡寬帶放大鏈路性基本達到預(yù)期的指標(biāo)要求,在通帶內(nèi)增益為20±1dB,帶外抑制大于45dB,輸入輸出駐波小于2。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of radar technology, the emergence of new radar system, the further application of new technology in radar system, the environment of radar reconnaissance task is becoming more and more complex. In order to adapt to the complex electromagnetic reconnaissance environment, the reconnaissance receiver needs to cover the frequency domain of EW to intercept different radar signals. Therefore, it has become an inevitable trend of electronic information warfare to develop a radar reconnaissance plane with strong anti-jamming capability and receiving bandwidth. As the core module of wideband radar surveillance aircraft, amplitude balanced broadband amplification link restricts the overall performance of electronic reconnaissance aircraft and plays a decisive role in the success or failure of electronic information warfare. The core components of the link are broadband low noise amplifier and broadband filter. Broadband low noise amplifier determines the sensitivity and dynamic range of the whole system, and broadband filter can improve the anti-jamming ability of the system. Based on the study of series negative feedback and parallel negative feedback prototype structure, the length of series negative feedback microstrip line is modified in this paper, and the high impedance line is used to replace the inductance element on the conventional parallel negative feedback loop. Thus, the gain flatness, input and output standing wave and stability of the amplifier are improved. Based on the theory of wideband matching analysis, a new type of low Q microstrip cross matched branch is proposed to expand the matching bandwidth of amplifier, instead of traditional T type and 蟺 type matching circuit. In order to improve the flatness of output gain of low noise amplifier, a 蟺 type amplitude equalization network with resistor series is used. The size of the Wideband balanced LNA is 36mm 脳 32mm 脳 15mm, the gain is 21 鹵0.5dBin the range of 1.5GHz to 5.5GHz, the noise coefficient is less than 1.85dB, the return loss is better than 9dBand the output 1dB compression point is more than 10dBm. The design of conventional wideband multimode filter is also completed by using the cross-finger coupling line-fed multi-mode resonator structure. On the basis of the conventional circuit structure, the electromagnetic distribution of the interDigital coupling line is changed by loading the defective circuit structures such as DGSN, short cut lines, so as to improve the coupling strength of the interDigital coupling lines and widen the passband of the filter. By loading step impedance resonator, folding open circuit step impedance resonator and so on, the transmission zeros are introduced to improve the sideband rolling characteristics of the filter. Finally, the interDigital coupling line loaded short-cut wideband 7-mode filter has a size of 43.6mm 脳 9.8mm. The circuit size is within 1.2GHz-5.15GHz (the expected pass band is 1.5GHz-5.5 GHz). The measured pass band is shifted to low frequency, the insertion loss is less than 2.5dB, the echo loss is better than 15dB, and the out-of-band suppression is greater than 45dB. The amplitude equalization wideband amplification link can meet the expected requirements. The gain in the passband is 20 鹵1 dB, the out-of-band suppression is more than 45 dB, and the input and output standing wave is less than 2.
