雙基地雷達收發(fā)系統(tǒng)仿真研究

【摘要】:雷達仿真技術(shù)是近幾十年來發(fā)展起來的一門新興雷達系統(tǒng)設(shè)計技術(shù)。隨著新體制,多功能,高度集成,數(shù)字化雷達的設(shè)計開發(fā),對雷達射頻仿真設(shè)計也提出了更高的要求。雷達射頻系統(tǒng)都是由很多子系統(tǒng)組合而成的,每個子系統(tǒng)都可以用物理或者數(shù)學(xué)模型加以描述。傳統(tǒng)雷達射頻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計研發(fā)都是通過實驗的方式進行,花費大量時間成本和人力成本。用計算機處理射頻系統(tǒng)中的模型可以節(jié)約時間和成本得到一個結(jié)果,通過分析結(jié)果得知能夠滿足系統(tǒng)指標要求。本文研究和討論了雙基地雷達概念以及特點,由建立的坐標幾何關(guān)系來推導(dǎo)雷達方程,描述了目標定位的原理;描述了機載雙基地雷達的雷達方程推導(dǎo)過程,測繪帶寬度、方位分辨率與收發(fā)天線的關(guān)系,脈沖重復(fù)頻率的選擇條件。文中通過對機載雙基地雷達指標的分解,利用Advanced Design System(ADS)仿真軟件對射頻鏈路各個模塊的仿真設(shè)計,對仿真模塊中的鎖相環(huán)(PLL)工作原理,低噪放(LNA)設(shè)計,直接頻率合成技術(shù)(DDS)做了詳細的介紹和分析。對射頻仿真的諧波平衡法、有限元法、矩量法(MOM)、時域有限差分(FDTD)四種算法基本原理、方法及特點做了介紹。最后對射頻分系統(tǒng)進行了電路設(shè)計仿真,對各個部分進行詳細的仿真過程描述,對仿真的結(jié)果做出分析,對整個收發(fā)鏈路進行整體的混合仿真,驗證信號經(jīng)過該設(shè)計的收發(fā)信道對信號參數(shù)的影響。設(shè)計了一個基于用MATLAB軟件圖形用戶界面(GUI)功能的參數(shù)設(shè)置及信號處理的界面,得到線性調(diào)頻信號(LFM)通過射頻系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù),通過分析處理實際的數(shù)據(jù),對比仿真設(shè)計和實際電路,找出系統(tǒng)仿真設(shè)計和測試系統(tǒng)的不足,找到未來需要優(yōu)化和完善設(shè)計的地方。
[Abstract]:Radar simulation technology is a new radar system design technology developed in recent decades. With the new system, multi-function, high integration, digital radar design and development, the radar RF simulation design also put forward higher requirements. Radar RF systems are composed of many subsystems, each of which can be described by physical or mathematical models. The design and development of traditional radar RF system are carried out through experiments, which cost a lot of time and manpower. Using computer to process the model in RF system can save time and cost to get a result. The result shows that it can meet the requirement of system index. In this paper, the concept and characteristics of bistatic radar are studied and discussed, the radar equation is derived from the coordinate geometric relation established, the principle of target positioning is described, the radar equation derivation process of airborne bistatic radar is described, and the width of the surveying band is described. The relationship between azimuth resolution and transceiver antenna, the selection condition of pulse repetition frequency. Based on the decomposition of airborne bistatic radar index, the simulation design of each module of RF link using Advanced Design system ads software, the working principle of PLL in the simulation module and the design of low noise amplifier (LNA) are presented in this paper. Direct Frequency Synthesis (DDS) is introduced and analyzed in detail. The basic principles, methods and characteristics of harmonic balance method, finite element method, moment method and FDTD algorithm for RF simulation are introduced. At last, the circuit design of RF subsystem is simulated, the simulation process is described in detail, the simulation results are analyzed, and the whole transceiver link is simulated. The effect of the designed transceiver channel on the signal parameters is verified. A parameter setting and signal processing interface based on the graphical user interface (GUI) of MATLAB software is designed. The data of LFM are obtained through RF system, and the actual data are analyzed and processed, and the simulation design and actual circuit are compared. Find out the deficiency of the system simulation design and test system, find the place that needs to optimize and perfect the design in the future.
