【摘要】：近幾年來,許多食品安全事故頻繁發(fā)生,嚴重威脅消費者的身體健康,引起了世界的廣泛關(guān)注,也影響了食品行業(yè)的持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。我國的食品冷鏈物流存在著冷鏈中斷、監(jiān)控不嚴格、軟硬件設(shè)備落后、行業(yè)標準不完備等諸多問題,而帶來了大量的冷鏈食品浪費并且導(dǎo)致冷鏈食品安全事故發(fā)生,嚴重危害到了人們的日常生活。文章的主要分析了我國基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)開展冷鏈食品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究現(xiàn)狀,選取了肉類產(chǎn)品為研究對象；分析國外在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用方面研究以及將其應(yīng)用于食品冷鏈物流中的發(fā)展趨勢；根據(jù)國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了論文的技術(shù)路線和結(jié)構(gòu)框架；總結(jié)分析了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),對其技術(shù)架構(gòu)和技術(shù)分析進行了詳細的闡述；同時進一步分析了我國冷鏈食品安全追溯研究中存在的問題,建構(gòu)了影響追溯研究因素的靜態(tài)和動態(tài)模型；按照軟件開發(fā)的流程,重點從業(yè)務(wù)流程和數(shù)據(jù)流程的角度來完成系統(tǒng)的需求分析,從政府監(jiān)管部門、相關(guān)企業(yè)和消費者三個方面具體闡述了用戶需求；詳細闡述了冷鏈食品安全追溯系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計和詳細設(shè)計,包括系統(tǒng)物理結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計；在詳細設(shè)計部分,設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)的功能模塊和接口；最后對系統(tǒng)進行了界面測試和功能安全性測試,測試結(jié)果顯示,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計滿足系統(tǒng)設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many food safety accidents occur frequently, which seriously threaten the health of consumers, and cause widespread concern in the world, but also affect the sustained, healthy and stable development of the food industry. There are many problems in food cold chain logistics in China, such as cold chain interruption, not strict monitoring, backward hardware and software equipment, incomplete industry standards, etc., which bring a lot of cold chain food waste and lead to cold chain food safety accidents. It seriously endangers people's daily life. This paper mainly analyzes the research status of cold-chain food industry based on Internet of things technology in China, and selects meat products as the research object. This paper analyzes the research on the application of Internet of things abroad and the development trend of its application in food cold chain logistics. According to the current research situation at home and abroad, it summarizes the technical route and structure framework of the paper, summarizes and analyzes the key technologies of the Internet of things. At the same time, the problems existing in the research of cold chain food safety traceability in China are analyzed, and the static and dynamic models that influence the factors of tracing research are constructed. According to the process of software development, the paper gives a detailed description of the technical framework and technical analysis of the cold chain food safety traceability. From the point of view of business process and data flow, the system needs analysis is carried out, and the user needs are elaborated from three aspects: government supervision department, related enterprise and consumer. The overall design and detailed design of the cold chain food safety traceability system are described in detail, including the system physical structure design, the system logic structure design, the detailed design part, the design of the function module and the interface of the system. Finally, the interface test and function security test of the system are carried out. The test results show that the system design meets the requirements of the system design.
