【摘要】：隨著時代的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步，醫(yī)療行業(yè)也面臨著信息化的變革要求，從人工到有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)，從有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)到無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)，逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)的全面網(wǎng)絡(luò)化。我國的醫(yī)療行業(yè)已經(jīng)大部分實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)有線化，但有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)無法做到無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的實(shí)時性、高效性、便捷性和移動性。因此還需要開發(fā)一個基于無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的醫(yī)療信息實(shí)時共享系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)護(hù)人員的移動性工作，包括查房、日常護(hù)理、病人信息實(shí)時查詢共享等工作，以此提高醫(yī)護(hù)人員的工作效率，最終提升醫(yī)院的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 本文首先對基于WI-FI的醫(yī)療信息共享系統(tǒng)的研究背景做了一個詳細(xì)的分析和介紹，闡明了研究無線醫(yī)療信息共享系統(tǒng)的必要性，在這個前提下，本文進(jìn)一步分析了國內(nèi)外針對醫(yī)療信息共享系統(tǒng)的研究進(jìn)展和研究現(xiàn)狀，在充分把握國際先進(jìn)技術(shù)發(fā)展過程的同時調(diào)研到我國在此領(lǐng)域的大片空白。 在充分意識到自身不足的同時，本文接著對涉及到醫(yī)療信息共享系統(tǒng)的理論知識做了一個簡單的介紹，包括Web Service技術(shù)、XML技術(shù)、WI-FI技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、Web安全以及HL7，從理論的基礎(chǔ)上分析了研發(fā)無線醫(yī)療信息共享系統(tǒng)的可行性，為后續(xù)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)，也讓本文的研究點(diǎn)站穩(wěn)了腳跟。 接下來本文對醫(yī)療信息共享系統(tǒng)做了一個全面的需求分析，通過對患者個人的需求分析，醫(yī)院的需求分析，，門診系統(tǒng)需求分析，住院系統(tǒng)需求分析等方面的調(diào)研，對第四章的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提出了總攬全局的要求和指導(dǎo)性的建議。同時本章還對醫(yī)院的組織結(jié)構(gòu)，醫(yī)院的行政管理系統(tǒng)做了充分的調(diào)研，并對醫(yī)院的行政管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提出了建議，目的在于從制度上優(yōu)化醫(yī)院的運(yùn)作流程，使醫(yī)院的移動醫(yī)療信息共享系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢得到最大程度上的體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of the times, the medical industry is also faced with the requirements of the revolution of information technology. From artificial to wired network, from wired network to wireless network, the medical industry is gradually realizing the overall network of medical and health system. The medical industry of our country has realized the network wired mostly, but the wired network can not achieve the real-time, high efficiency, convenience and mobility of the wireless network. Therefore, it is also necessary to develop a real-time medical information sharing system based on wireless network to realize the mobility of medical staff, including the work of rounds, daily nursing, real-time inquiry and sharing of patient information, etc. In order to improve the efficiency of medical staff, and ultimately improve the quality of hospital services. Firstly, this paper makes a detailed analysis and introduction to the research background of medical information sharing system based on WI-FI, and clarifies the necessity of studying wireless medical information sharing system. This paper further analyzes the research progress and current situation of medical information sharing system at home and abroad, while fully grasping the development process of international advanced technology, at the same time investigating the blank in this field of our country. While fully aware of its own shortcomings, this paper then makes a brief introduction to the theoretical knowledge of medical information sharing system, including Web Service technology and WI-FI technology. Database security and HL7, the feasibility of developing wireless medical information sharing system is analyzed on the basis of theory, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the implementation of the follow-up system, and also makes the research point of this paper stand firm. Next, this paper makes a comprehensive demand analysis on the medical information sharing system, through the analysis of the individual needs of the patients, the needs analysis of the hospital, the needs analysis of the outpatient system, the needs analysis of the inpatient system, and so on. The fourth chapter of the system design of the overall requirements and guidance suggestions. At the same time, this chapter also makes a full investigation on the hospital's organizational structure and hospital's administrative management system, and puts forward some suggestions on the design of the hospital's administrative management system. The purpose of this chapter is to optimize the hospital's operation process from the system view. The advantage of hospital mobile medical information sharing system is reflected to the greatest extent.
