【摘要】：機械設(shè)備是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)快速發(fā)展的必要設(shè)備,而故障診斷則是機械設(shè)備安全有效運行的有力保證。從故障診斷的發(fā)展出發(fā),介紹了信號采集的多樣性以及傳感器的優(yōu)化布置,分析了各種信號處理方法的適用性和特點并介紹當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的信號處理方法,闡述了故障智能診斷的過程和發(fā)展過程中各種方法的比較,并預(yù)測了今后的診斷技術(shù)融合。
[Abstract]:Mechanical equipment is a necessary equipment for the rapid development of national economy, and fault diagnosis is a powerful guarantee for the safe and effective operation of machinery and equipment. Based on the development of fault diagnosis, this paper introduces the diversity of signal collection and the optimal arrangement of sensors, analyzes the applicability and characteristics of various signal processing methods, and introduces the current advanced signal processing methods. The process of intelligent fault diagnosis and the comparison of various methods in the process of development are described, and the fusion of diagnosis techniques in the future is predicted.
