低成本數(shù)字高清小型攝像機的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:暗訪攝像機是在對方當事人不知情的情況下,對真實的事件現(xiàn)場進行記錄,并將記錄的音視頻數(shù)據(jù)作為相關證據(jù)的一種攝像器材,廣泛應用于私人偵探調(diào)查和新聞記者調(diào)查取證工作。目前出現(xiàn)的暗訪攝像機大都是利用家用攝像機和專業(yè)攝像機改造而成,不利于隱蔽和操作,環(huán)境適用性差,成本普遍較高。研發(fā)一款體積小巧、操作方便、高清低照度并且成本較低的暗訪攝像機來彌補現(xiàn)有暗訪攝像機的缺陷成為眾多用戶的普遍需求。 本文基于對上述小型暗訪攝像機的市場需求分析,設計并實現(xiàn)了一款高清晰低照度的小型暗訪攝像機,完成的主要工作包括: (1)分析了暗訪攝像機的發(fā)展歷史,并在分析對比主流的暗訪攝像機設計方案的基礎上,給出了本文所要設計攝像機的總體設計方案,包括硬件設計方案和軟件設計方案。 (2)基于論文提出的硬件設計方案,給出了攝像機硬件系統(tǒng)的設計原理圖,并對組成硬件系統(tǒng)的微控制器DM368、傳感器和ISP電路、電源電路、DDR存儲電路、NAND FLASH存儲電路、TF卡存儲電路和WIFI接口電路進行了詳細的分析和設計。 (3)搭建了嵌入式軟件開發(fā)平臺,包括TI TMS320DM368平臺的Linux端軟件架構、Linux端驅(qū)動程序、Linux端IE控制部分、TCP Server控制部分、WiFi驅(qū)動程序設置,設計并實現(xiàn)了手機終端的Android應用程序和通訊控制協(xié)議。 (4)給出了攝像機的各個模塊以及整機實物圖,搭建了測試環(huán)境,通過實際應用驗證了攝像機的各項功能。 本文設計的暗訪攝像機具有高清晰、低照度、成本低、易控制等優(yōu)點,其視頻分辨率可達:1080p@25f/s;照相分辨率可達:5百萬像素;低照度效果可達0.1Lux;體積小于1.5cm×5cm,利于用香煙盒或背包進行偽裝。持續(xù)錄像時間可達1小時以上,并且可以通過基于安卓操作系統(tǒng)的手機進行無線操作控制。該攝像機方案應該具有良好的實用性、可靠性并且成本較低,利于市場推廣。
[Abstract]:The undercover camera is a kind of camera device that records the real incident scene without the knowledge of the other party, and uses the recorded audio and video data as the relevant evidence. It is widely used in private detective investigation and journalist investigation. At present, most of the hidden visiting cameras are modified by using domestic cameras and professional cameras, which are not conducive to concealment and operation, poor environmental applicability, and generally high cost. The development of a compact, easy to operate, high-definition, low-illuminance and low cost secret access camera to make up for the shortcomings of the existing camera has become a common demand for many users. Based on the market demand analysis of the small camera, this paper designs and implements a small camera with high definition and low illuminance. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) the development history of the camera is analyzed, and based on the analysis and comparison of the mainstream design scheme of the camera, the overall design scheme of the camera is given, including the hardware design and the software design. 2) based on the hardware design scheme proposed in this paper, the principle diagram of camera hardware system is given, and the DM368, sensor and ISP circuits, which constitute the hardware system, are analyzed. The power supply circuit is analyzed and designed in detail. The FLASH FLASH memory circuit, the TF card storage circuit and the WIFI interface circuit are analyzed and designed in detail. The embedded software development platform is built, including the Linux end software architecture of TI TMS320DM368 platform and the Linux end driver. The Android application program and communication control protocol of mobile terminal are designed and implemented. 4) each module of the camera and the physical diagram of the whole machine are given, the testing environment is built, and the functions of the camera are verified by practical application. The camera designed in this paper has the advantages of high definition, low illumination, low cost and easy to control. The video resolution of the camera can reach 10 80p @ 25f / s, and the resolution of camera can reach 5 megapixels. The effect of low illumination can reach 0.1Lux.The volume is less than 1.5cm 脳 5cm, which is suitable for camouflage with cigarette case or backpack. Video recording lasts more than an hour and can be wirelessly controlled via Android phones. The camera scheme should have good practicability, reliability and low cost.
