基于改進(jìn)接收信號強(qiáng)度指示的室內(nèi)定位算法

【摘要】:為了提高室內(nèi)環(huán)境節(jié)點(diǎn)定位精度,針對傳統(tǒng)定位算法的不足,提出一種改進(jìn)接收信號強(qiáng)度指示的室內(nèi)定位算法。首先通過神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對各錨節(jié)點(diǎn)接收信號強(qiáng)度的權(quán)值進(jìn)行擬合,得到路徑損耗模型的參數(shù)值,然后利用最大似然法對未知節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行定位,最后采用仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)測試其性能。結(jié)果表明,相對其它室內(nèi)定位算法,本文算法提高了室內(nèi)定位的精度,降低了平均定位誤差,可以滿足室內(nèi)定位的實(shí)時(shí)性要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the localization accuracy of indoor environmental nodes, an indoor localization algorithm was proposed to improve the intensity indication of received signals in order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional localization algorithms. Firstly, the weights of the received signal intensity of each anchor node are fitted by neural network, and the parameter values of the path loss model are obtained, then the unknown nodes are located by the maximum likelihood method. Finally, the performance of the unknown nodes is tested by simulation experiments. The results show that compared with other indoor positioning algorithms, this algorithm can improve the accuracy of indoor positioning, reduce the average positioning error, and meet the real-time requirements of indoor positioning.
