【摘要】:ZigBee是一種新興的短距離無線通訊技術(shù),是隨著工業(yè)自動化對于無線通信和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)男枨蠖a(chǎn)生的,是一組基于IEEE802.15.4無線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制開發(fā)的有關(guān)組網(wǎng)、安全和應(yīng)用軟件方面的通信技術(shù)。它的網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有省電、可靠、成本低、容量大、安全等諸多優(yōu)勢。目前ZigBee的使用范圍非常廣,可以應(yīng)用在消費電子品、家居與樓宇自動化、工業(yè)控制、醫(yī)療設(shè)備等各種領(lǐng)域。Modbus協(xié)議是應(yīng)用在工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)中最廣泛的一種通信協(xié)議標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是全球第一個真正用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的總線協(xié)議。此協(xié)議支持傳統(tǒng)的RS-232、RS-422、RS-485和以太網(wǎng)設(shè)備。許多工業(yè)設(shè)備包括PLC、DCS、智能儀表等都在使用Modbus協(xié)議作為它們之間的通訊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。有了它,不同廠商生產(chǎn)的控制設(shè)備可以連成工業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò),進(jìn)行集中控制。 針對傳統(tǒng)人工采集數(shù)據(jù)費時費力和有線監(jiān)控布線復(fù)雜的情況,為了提高工農(nóng)業(yè)管理的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和智能化水平,降低生產(chǎn)過程中的工作量,又針對ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)和Modbus協(xié)議的特點,課題設(shè)計了一個基于ZigBee無線通訊技術(shù)和Modbus協(xié)議相結(jié)合的無線遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),首先讓傳感器采集現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)并發(fā)送給ZigBee模塊。然后,ZigBee模塊之間形成強大的ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò),數(shù)據(jù)就通過ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳送給ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)調(diào)器上。最后,協(xié)調(diào)器利用WIFI網(wǎng)通過Modbus協(xié)議的形式把數(shù)據(jù)傳送到PC機上。 上位機采用力控組態(tài)軟件進(jìn)行界面控制,可以更直接、簡單地查看現(xiàn)場的情況。該設(shè)計適應(yīng)了工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域的數(shù)字化、智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:ZigBee is a new short-range wireless communication technology, which is produced with the demand of industrial automation for wireless communication and data transmission. It is a group of related network based on IEEE802.15.4 wireless standard. Communication technology in security and application software. Its network has power saving, reliable, low cost, large capacity, security and many other advantages. At present, ZigBee is widely used in many fields, such as consumer electronics, home and building automation, industrial control, medical equipment, etc. It is the most widely used communication protocol standard in industrial control system. Is the world's first real industrial field bus protocol. This protocol supports traditional RS-232 RS-422 RS-485 and Ethernet devices. Many industrial equipment, including the Modbus, smart instruments, and so on, are using the Modbus protocol as their communication standard. With it, different manufacturers of control equipment can be linked to the industrial network, centralized control. In order to improve the networked and intelligent level of industrial and agricultural management and reduce the workload in production process, aiming at the characteristics of ZigBee network and Modbus protocol, the traditional manual data collection is time-consuming and laborious. A wireless remote monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless communication technology and Modbus protocol is designed. Firstly, the sensor can collect the field data and send it to the ZigBee module. Then a powerful ZigBee network is formed between the ZigBee modules, and the data is transmitted to the coordinator of the ZigBee network via the ZigBee network. Finally, the coordinator uses WIFI network to transmit data to PC through Modbus protocol. The upper computer uses the force control configuration software to control the interface and can view the situation more directly and simply. The design adapts to the development of digitization, intelligence and networking in the field of industrial control.
