衛(wèi)星光通信終端光學(xué)天線溫度特性研究

【摘要】:衛(wèi)星在空間運(yùn)行的過(guò)程中受到空間環(huán)境的影響很大。空間環(huán)境直接作用于光學(xué)天線上,導(dǎo)致光學(xué)天線溫度分布不均,從而導(dǎo)致光學(xué)系統(tǒng)形變。光學(xué)系統(tǒng)作為衛(wèi)星激光通信系統(tǒng)中的核心部件,其形變將影響傳輸光束的質(zhì)量,,進(jìn)而可能嚴(yán)重地影響通信質(zhì)量。所以研究溫度場(chǎng)的變化對(duì)于衛(wèi)星激光通信的影響具有很重要的作用,這對(duì)于優(yōu)化衛(wèi)星激光通信系統(tǒng)的性能、提高其通信質(zhì)量等具有重要的意義。 本文基于反射式卡塞格倫系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),首先對(duì)其光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械支撐結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并建立光學(xué)天線的有限元分析模型;在光學(xué)鏡面為不同材料,以及不同幾何形狀的加熱片加熱下,主要研究光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的溫度特性。對(duì)其溫度特性的研究包括了熱載荷下主次鏡的溫度場(chǎng)分布情況,形變量情況,最后通過(guò)Zernike多項(xiàng)式擬合得到主次鏡鏡面的形變量,利用CODE V分析得到系統(tǒng)成像的波前畸變、光斑能量分布、MTF等,同時(shí)對(duì)相同條件下兩種材料系統(tǒng)的光束質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。圍繞上述內(nèi)容,具體工作內(nèi)容如下: (1)設(shè)計(jì)光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)。光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)包括主鏡底座和次鏡支架。采用三點(diǎn)支撐的方式連接主次鏡,支架和次鏡底座采用同一材料經(jīng)過(guò)切割而制成。主鏡底座采用周邊支撐方式,主鏡底座和次鏡支架的材料分別為鈦合金和殷鋼。通過(guò)對(duì)支撐結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),將光學(xué)系統(tǒng)實(shí)體化。 (2)建立光學(xué)天線有限元分析模型,對(duì)光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的溫度特性進(jìn)行仿真研究。對(duì)于光學(xué)元件材料分別為微晶玻璃和K9的光學(xué)系統(tǒng),其主鏡背面,分別采用了三種不同的加熱方式加熱。通過(guò)分析得到三種加熱片下光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的溫度場(chǎng)和形變場(chǎng)的數(shù)值隨溫度的升高呈線性遞增。 (3)研究了形變對(duì)光學(xué)系統(tǒng)性能的影響。利用Zernike多項(xiàng)式擬合,得到相應(yīng)形變后的光學(xué)系統(tǒng),通過(guò)CODE V光學(xué)分析軟件得到相應(yīng)的光束質(zhì)量變化情況。其RMS值、P-V值隨溫度升高呈線性遞增。 (4)對(duì)比分析得到徑向加熱片對(duì)光學(xué)系統(tǒng)光束質(zhì)量的影響小,周向等積加熱片次之,周向等徑加熱片最大。對(duì)兩種材料而言,在熱源溫度相同時(shí),微晶材料系統(tǒng)的影響小于K9材料的系統(tǒng)。 綜上,光學(xué)天線的溫度穩(wěn)定性是空間光通信系統(tǒng)的重要指標(biāo)之一,本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容為反射式卡塞格林系統(tǒng)的熱控設(shè)計(jì)提供了幫助,主要是加熱片幾何形狀的選取提供了重要的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Satellites are greatly affected by the space environment in the course of space operation. The space environment acts directly on the optical antenna, which leads to the uneven temperature distribution of the optical antenna, resulting in the deformation of the optical system. As the core component of satellite laser communication system, the deformation of optical system will affect the quality of propagation beam and may seriously affect the quality of communication. Therefore, it is very important to study the change of temperature field for the influence of satellite laser communication, which is of great significance to optimize the performance of satellite laser communication system and improve its communication quality. In this paper, based on the design of reflective Cassegrain system, the mechanical support structure of the optical system is designed, and the finite element analysis model of the optical antenna is established. The temperature characteristics of optical system are studied under the heating of different geometry. The study of the temperature characteristics includes the distribution of the temperature field and the shape variables of the primary and secondary mirror under the thermal load. Finally, the shape variables of the primary and secondary mirror surface are obtained by Zernike polynomial fitting, and the wavefront distortion of the system imaging is obtained by CODE V analysis. At the same time, the beam quality of two kinds of material systems under the same conditions is compared and analyzed. The specific contents of the work are as follows: Design the supporting structure of optical system. The supporting structure of the optical system includes the primary mirror base and the secondary mirror support. Three-point support is used to connect the primary and secondary mirror, the support and the secondary mirror base are cut from the same material. The primary mirror base adopts peripheral support, and the primary mirror base and secondary mirror support are made of titanium alloy and Yin steel respectively. By designing the supporting structure, the optical system is materialized. The finite element analysis model of optical antenna is established to simulate the temperature characteristics of optical system. For the optical systems which are glass-ceramics and K9 respectively, three different heating methods are used in the back of the primary mirror. By analyzing the temperature field and deformation field of three kinds of optical system under heating sheet, the values of temperature field and deformation field increase linearly with the increase of temperature. The effect of deformation on the properties of optical system is studied. The corresponding deformed optical system is obtained by Zernike polynomial fitting, and the change of beam quality is obtained by CODE V optical analysis software. The RMS value and P-V value increased linearly with the increase of temperature. The comparative analysis shows that the radial heating plate has little effect on the beam quality of optical system, the circumferential iso-product heating sheet is the second, and the circumferential equal-diameter heating sheet is the largest. For both materials, the effect of microcrystalline system is smaller than that of K9 system at the same heat source temperature. In summary, the temperature stability of optical antenna is one of the important indexes of space optical communication system. The research content of this paper provides help for the thermal control design of reflective Cassegrain system. It mainly provides important basis for the selection of the geometric shape of the heating plate.
