【摘要】：為解決語音通信過程中存儲空間和信道帶寬的限制,實現(xiàn)高壓縮率語音傳輸,設(shè)計了一種低速率語音編解碼系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由信道管理器STM32微控制器、語音編解碼專用芯片TR600、音頻codec芯片TLV320AIC10及相關(guān)語音采集、回放外圍電路構(gòu)成,可在0.6、0.8、1.2、2.4 Kb/s四種編碼速率下完成語音編解碼。經(jīng)實驗測試,系統(tǒng)重建語音具有較高可懂度、清晰度、自然度,本方案簡便可行,工作穩(wěn)定,具有一定實用價值。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the limitation of storage space and channel bandwidth in speech communication and realize high compression rate speech transmission, a low rate speech codec system is designed. The system is composed of a channel manager STM32 microcontroller, a special chip TR600 for speech coding and decoding, an audio codec chip TLV320AIC10, and a peripheral circuit for playback. The system can complete speech coding and decoding at four coding rates of 0.6 ~ 0.88 / 1. 2 / 2. 4 Kb/s. The experimental results show that the reconstructed speech has high intelligibility, clarity and naturalness. This scheme is simple, feasible, stable and has certain practical value.
