基于人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的某型雷達(dá)故障診斷的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)與控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用,軍事裝備的自動(dòng)化程度也越來(lái)越高。故障原因、故障過(guò)程和故障現(xiàn)象也變得錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜,研究如何運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代診斷技術(shù)從大規(guī)模容差電路中準(zhǔn)確地診斷出存在故障元件,是實(shí)際工程迫切需要解決的課題,也是模擬電路故障診斷理論和方法走向?qū)嶋H應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵步驟之一。本文介紹了近年來(lái)故障診斷技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和基本理論,對(duì)故障診斷方法進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)述,介紹了故障診斷技術(shù)的理論基礎(chǔ),闡述了人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在故障診斷領(lǐng)域廣泛應(yīng)用的必然性。介紹了人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)理論,重點(diǎn)研究了基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的改進(jìn)算法,并將專家系統(tǒng)和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論相結(jié)合應(yīng)用到某型雷達(dá)的故障診斷之中。最后詳細(xì)介紹了某型雷達(dá)故障診斷系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),利用Visual FoxPro 8.0語(yǔ)言和控制主機(jī)等硬件電路建立一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的某型雷達(dá)故障診斷系統(tǒng)。結(jié)果表明,本文提出的專家系統(tǒng)與BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)合應(yīng)用于某型雷達(dá)故障診斷的方法,是可行的,有很好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the development and application of computer technology and control technology, the degree of military equipment automation is becoming higher and higher. The causes, processes and phenomena of faults have become complicated. It is an urgent task for practical engineering to study how to use modern diagnosis technology to accurately diagnose the existing fault elements from large scale tolerance circuits. It is also one of the key steps in the application of analog circuit fault diagnosis theory and method. In this paper, the development and basic theory of fault diagnosis technology in recent years are introduced, the methods of fault diagnosis are briefly reviewed, and the theoretical basis of fault diagnosis technology is introduced. The necessity of wide application of artificial neural network in fault diagnosis is expounded. This paper introduces the basic theory of artificial neural network, focuses on the improved algorithm based on BP neural network, and applies the expert system and BP neural network theory to the fault diagnosis of a certain type of radar. Finally, the design and implementation of a radar fault diagnosis system is introduced in detail. A simple radar fault diagnosis system is established by using Visual FoxPro 8.0 language and control host circuit. The results show that the proposed expert system combined with BP neural network is feasible and has a good application prospect in a certain type of radar fault diagnosis.
