基于Modbus的RS-485總線通信體系的流量控制協(xié)議研究

【摘要】:RS-485總線在工業(yè)中得到極其廣泛的應用。針對基于Modbus協(xié)議的RS-485總線通信體系在需求大量信息傳輸中出現(xiàn)的擁堵問題,本文研究了基于Modbus的RS-485總線網(wǎng)絡的流量控制協(xié)議的解決方法,利用流量控制協(xié)議來進行有效解決因傳輸大量信息所造成的擁堵問題。本文深入研究了Modbus通信協(xié)議和流量控制協(xié)議的相關問題,取得的研究成果如下: (1)根據(jù)Modbus協(xié)議和流量控制協(xié)議的通信原理和工作流程,采用模塊化方案設計,分別改進了Modbus通信協(xié)議的詳細模塊化設計和流量控制協(xié)議的詳細模塊化設計,具體的模塊化應承擔的工作任務,為Modbus協(xié)議和流量控制協(xié)議的融合提供了條件和有利的基礎。 (2)將量子信息論中量子糾纏態(tài)應用于流量控制協(xié)議中的滑動窗口通信協(xié)議,提出了基于量子糾纏的滑動窗口量子通信協(xié)議。從量子信息論出發(fā)建立量子信道,以量子糾纏提出滑動窗口量子通信協(xié)議的通信過程,進而具體的性能分析有效表明滑動窗口量子通信協(xié)議能夠有效提高通信效率。 (3)結合Modbus協(xié)議和流量控制協(xié)議的模塊化設計,提出了基于Modbus和流量控制的融合模塊解決方案。將流量控制協(xié)議融合到Modbus協(xié)議中以解決Modbus通信網(wǎng)絡中將出現(xiàn)的網(wǎng)絡擁塞問題。同時以串口通信技術為基礎,采用流量控制協(xié)議中雙速率三色標記算法,構建了主機和從機的協(xié)議棧,模擬實現(xiàn)了Modbus通信。 本課題主要是基于RS-485總線的工業(yè)通信系統(tǒng)應用,對于提出的協(xié)議還需進行必要的測試以及在各種工業(yè)設備上進行實時通信檢驗。只有得到廣泛的檢測與應用,才能發(fā)現(xiàn)不足并進行完善,從而確保能夠協(xié)議的普適通用性。
[Abstract]:RS-485 bus is widely used in industry. In order to solve the problem of congestion in RS-485 bus communication system based on Modbus protocol, this paper studies the solution of RS-485 bus network traffic control protocol based on Modbus. Traffic control protocol is used to solve the congestion problem caused by the transmission of a large amount of information. In this paper, the related problems of Modbus communication protocol and flow control protocol are deeply studied, and the research results are as follows: 1) according to the communication principle and workflow of Modbus protocol and flow control protocol, the detailed modularization design of Modbus communication protocol and the detailed modularization design of flow control protocol are improved, respectively. The specific task of modularization provides a favorable basis for the fusion of Modbus protocol and flow control protocol. 2) A sliding window communication protocol based on quantum entanglement is proposed by applying quantum entangled states in quantum information theory to flow control protocols. Based on the quantum information theory, the quantum channel is established, and the communication process of the sliding window quantum communication protocol is proposed by quantum entanglement. Furthermore, the concrete performance analysis shows that the sliding window quantum communication protocol can effectively improve the communication efficiency. 3) combining the modularization design of Modbus protocol and flow control protocol, a solution of fusion module based on Modbus and flow control is proposed. Traffic control protocol is integrated into Modbus protocol to solve the network congestion problem in Modbus communication network. At the same time, based on the serial communication technology, the protocol stack of host and slave is constructed by using the two-rate tricolor marking algorithm in the flow control protocol, and the Modbus communication is simulated. This paper is mainly about the application of industrial communication system based on RS-485 bus. It also needs to carry out necessary tests for the proposed protocol and real-time communication test on all kinds of industrial equipment. Only when it is widely detected and applied can it be found and perfected to ensure the universality of the protocol.
