【摘要】:通訊技術(shù)和人機(jī)交互(human-computer interaction, HCI)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,不僅帶動(dòng)了手機(jī)從功能機(jī)到智能手機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)變,而且?guī)?dòng)了智能手機(jī)屏幕從非觸屏?xí)r代發(fā)展到今天的觸屏?xí)r代的轉(zhuǎn)變,不斷成熟的多點(diǎn)觸控技術(shù)也給人們帶來了更加便捷的智能掌上體驗(yàn)。但是,隨著智能手機(jī)所需要承載的信息量與日俱增,人們與智能手機(jī)之間的交互方式也越來越多樣化,為了提高智能手機(jī)交互方式的用戶體驗(yàn),以用戶為中心的設(shè)計(jì)變得十分重要。本文的研究項(xiàng)目來源于聯(lián)想(北京)研究院的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)中心,目的是從交互設(shè)計(jì)的角度來發(fā)現(xiàn)智能手機(jī)滑動(dòng)解鎖方案的可用性問題,并結(jié)合用戶需求和智能手機(jī)滑動(dòng)解鎖的可用性設(shè)計(jì)原則對(duì)該方案進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化和完善。 本文的研究由三部分構(gòu)成:第一部分是研究了可用性的基礎(chǔ)理論,主要分析了可用性的相關(guān)概念、可用性評(píng)估方法及其重要性等,同時(shí)重點(diǎn)介紹了可用性測(cè)試的評(píng)估方法;第二部分是基于可用性的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與智能手機(jī)交互設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)智能手機(jī)滑動(dòng)解鎖的可用性進(jìn)行了研究,主要分析了滑動(dòng)解鎖技術(shù)和智能手機(jī)的特點(diǎn),并從可用性的角度對(duì)不同操作系統(tǒng)下滑動(dòng)解鎖的交互設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了分析,進(jìn)而提出了針對(duì)智能手機(jī)滑動(dòng)解鎖的可用性設(shè)計(jì)原則;第三部分是通過可用性測(cè)試中的實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試與出聲思維法等可用性評(píng)估方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)了滑動(dòng)解鎖的設(shè)計(jì)案例存在的可用性問題,同時(shí)對(duì)智能手機(jī)滑動(dòng)解鎖的可用性設(shè)計(jì)原則進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,,最后根據(jù)測(cè)試結(jié)果及可用性設(shè)計(jì)原則對(duì)案例進(jìn)行了迭代設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)而提高了智能手機(jī)滑動(dòng)解鎖設(shè)計(jì)的可用性。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要是,將設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)、人機(jī)交互、可用性工程與智能手機(jī)的特點(diǎn)和多點(diǎn)觸屏技術(shù)等研究相結(jié)合,對(duì)智能手機(jī)滑動(dòng)解鎖的可用性進(jìn)行了分析和研究,進(jìn)而提出了針對(duì)智能手機(jī)滑動(dòng)解鎖的可用性設(shè)計(jì)原則,并將該原則應(yīng)用于實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)案例,為公司未來推出新的智能手機(jī)滑動(dòng)解鎖提供了理論指導(dǎo)和技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of communication technology and human-computer interaction (HCI) technology, not only has the mobile phone changed from function machine to smart phone, but also the screen of smart phone has changed from non-touch-screen era to touch-screen era. The mature multi-touch technology also brings people a more convenient intelligent palmtop experience. However, with the increasing amount of information that smartphones need to carry, the interaction between people and smartphones is becoming more and more diverse, in order to improve the user experience of smart phone interaction, User-centric design becomes very important. The research project in this paper comes from the innovative Design Center of Lenovo (Beijing) Research Institute. The purpose of this research project is to find the usability of the sliding unlock scheme for smartphones from the perspective of interactive design. The scheme is optimized and improved according to the user's requirement and the usability design principle of smart phone sliding unlock. This paper consists of three parts: the first part studies the basic theory of usability, mainly analyzes the related concepts of usability, usability evaluation methods and their importance, and introduces the evaluation methods of usability testing. The second part is based on the usability standards and smart phone interactive design of the smartphone sliding unlock usability, mainly analyzes the sliding unlock technology and the characteristics of smart phones. The interaction design of sliding unlock under different operating systems is analyzed from the point of view of usability, and the principle of usability design for smart phone sliding unlock is put forward. In the third part, the usability problems of sliding unlock design cases are found through the usability evaluation methods such as laboratory test and voice thinking method in usability testing. At the same time, the usability design principle of smart phone sliding unlock is verified, and the case is designed iteratively according to the test results and usability design principles, which improves the usability of smart phone sliding unlock design. The innovation of this paper is to combine design, human-computer interaction, usability engineering with the characteristics of smart phone and multi-point touch screen technology to analyze and study the usability of sliding unlock of smart phone. Furthermore, the usability design principle for smart phone sliding unlock is put forward, and the principle is applied to the practical design case, which provides theoretical guidance and technical reference for the company to launch a new smartphone sliding unlock in the future.
