【摘要】:合成孔徑雷達(dá)技術(shù)可以穿透云霧、可以晝夜工作、高分辨成像等特點(diǎn),是當(dāng)前非常重要的對地觀測與軍事偵察技術(shù)。在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域,通過SAR成像系統(tǒng)能夠及時(shí)了解不同地區(qū)的地面目標(biāo)情況與環(huán)境變化的情況,能夠在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、環(huán)境監(jiān)測、資源勘查和防災(zāi)減災(zāi)等遙感應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮非常重要的作用。在國防建設(shè)中,通過SAR成像系統(tǒng)能夠提供地面運(yùn)動(dòng)目標(biāo)和軍事目標(biāo)的高分辨率機(jī)載SAR圖像,在戰(zhàn)場偵察、打擊評估等領(lǐng)域有重大的軍事應(yīng)用需求。本論文研究目的是利用先進(jìn)的高分辨率SAR圖像,進(jìn)行地面典型目標(biāo)的識(shí)別和分類技術(shù)研究,并建立相應(yīng)的典型目標(biāo)樣本庫,完成SAR圖像目標(biāo)特征提取及自動(dòng)識(shí)別等功能。論文成果可應(yīng)用于星載SAR和機(jī)載SAR雷達(dá)系統(tǒng),它的成功研發(fā)將提高這些系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用水平,提高星載和機(jī)載SAR圖像的信息獲取和數(shù)據(jù)處理能力,并可提高目標(biāo)信息的可信度,降低目標(biāo)或事件的模糊度,改進(jìn)對目標(biāo)或事件的探測能力,完成對戰(zhàn)場態(tài)勢和威脅的實(shí)時(shí)和完整評估,包括位置和身份估計(jì),以及態(tài)勢評估和威脅估計(jì)。論文成果還可應(yīng)用于國民經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域,比如城市規(guī)劃,資源管理,農(nóng)作物監(jiān)控等。
[Abstract]:Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), which can penetrate clouds and fog, can work day and night, and has high resolution imaging, is a very important technology of Earth observation and military reconnaissance. In the field of national economy, the SAR imaging system can be used to understand the ground targets and environmental changes in different areas in a timely manner, and can be used in agricultural production and environmental monitoring. Resource exploration, disaster prevention and mitigation and other remote sensing applications play a very important role. In national defense construction, SAR imaging system can provide high resolution airborne SAR images of ground moving targets and military targets, which has great military application needs in the field of battlefield reconnaissance, attack evaluation and so on. The purpose of this paper is to use advanced high-resolution SAR images to study the recognition and classification of typical targets on the ground, and to establish the corresponding typical target sample database to complete the functions of target feature extraction and automatic recognition in SAR images. The results of this paper can be applied to spaceborne SAR and airborne SAR radar systems. Its successful research and development will improve the practical application level of these systems, improve the ability of information acquisition and data processing of spaceborne and airborne SAR images, and improve the credibility of target information. Reduce the ambiguity of the target or event, improve the detection ability of the target or event, complete the real-time and complete assessment of battlefield situation and threat, including location and identity estimation, and situation assessment and threat estimation. The results can also be used in the fields of national economy, such as urban planning, resource management, crop monitoring and so on.
