激光通信儀動力學分析及裝配仿真

【摘要】:本文首先設計了激光通信儀的機械結構,基于ANSYS平臺對轉臺進行了有限元分析,靜力特性分析時結果滿足強度和剛度的要求,動態(tài)特性分析時結果滿足諧振的要求。其次,對跟蹤轉臺進行了運動學與動力學建模,得到了相應的運動學與動力學方程。使用ADAMS動力學仿真軟件,對方位軸系和俯仰軸系分別單獨加載搖擺、勻加速、勻減速及勻速運動,得到兩軸系單獨運動時驅(qū)動電機轉矩的輸出情況;接著對兩軸系同時加載運動函數(shù),得到不同耦合運動時系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動電機輸出轉矩曲線。對比分析不同情況下兩軸系驅(qū)動電機輸出轉矩曲線,得到了兩軸系之間運動的相互影響關系,為電機的選擇提供參考,并為轉臺物理樣機的設計及優(yōu)化提供了一定建議。最后,基于CATIA的虛擬裝配環(huán)境,對激光通信儀簡單地進行了裝配仿真模擬,優(yōu)化裝配序列、路徑,并進行了干涉分析,為激光通信儀的實際裝配提供了參考意見。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the mechanical structure of the laser communication instrument is first designed, and the finite element analysis of the turntable based on ANSYS platform is carried out. The results of static analysis meet the requirements of strength and stiffness, and the results of dynamic characteristic analysis meet the requirements of resonance. Secondly, the kinematics and dynamics of the tracking turntable are modeled, and the corresponding kinematics and dynamics equations are obtained. By using ADAMS dynamic simulation software, the torque output of the driving motor is obtained when the azimuth shafting and the pitch shafting are separately loaded with rocking, uniform acceleration, uniform deceleration and uniform speed motion. Then the motion function of the two shafting is loaded at the same time, and the output torque curve of the system driving motor is obtained under different coupling motion. By comparing and analyzing the output torque curves of the two shafting drive motors under different conditions, the interaction between the motion of the two shafting is obtained, which provides a reference for the selection of the motor, and provides some suggestions for the design and optimization of the physical prototype of the turntable. Finally, based on the virtual assembly environment of CATIA, the assembly simulation of the laser communication instrument is simply carried out, the assembly sequence and path are optimized, and the interference analysis is carried out, which provides a reference for the practical assembly of the laser communication instrument.
