基于WiFi的智能礦燈設(shè)計(jì)及負(fù)載均衡切換機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家對(duì)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的重視,煤礦綜合化系統(tǒng)逐漸應(yīng)用于井下,在一定程度上控制了煤礦災(zāi)害的發(fā)生,,但仍存在很多問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些存在的問(wèn)題,本文將無(wú)線WiFi技術(shù)引入煤礦有線通信系統(tǒng),研制出一款集照明、周?chē)h(huán)境感知、定位、人機(jī)交互以及預(yù)警等多種功能于一體的智能礦燈,實(shí)現(xiàn)井下的安全生產(chǎn)和高效管理。 論文結(jié)合煤礦井下特殊的物理環(huán)境,對(duì)WiFi技術(shù)井下適用性進(jìn)行了分析,確定WiFi技術(shù)為井下無(wú)線通信方案,并設(shè)計(jì)出適合智能礦燈使用的礦山WiFi網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。智能礦燈采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)架構(gòu),由智能礦燈主板、傳感器板、電源模塊組成。文章分別介紹了智能礦燈主板、傳感器板、電源模塊的硬件電路原理圖和軟件程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)。 煤礦井下為受限、長(zhǎng)鏈狀的巷道,熱區(qū)效應(yīng)明顯,AP的接入負(fù)載有限。智能礦燈在AP切換過(guò)程中,并未考慮負(fù)載均衡問(wèn)題,會(huì)影響WiFi網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整體性能。本文結(jié)合煤礦巷道典型場(chǎng)景和影響負(fù)載的主要因素,提出了基于RSSI、吞吐量和錯(cuò)誤率的負(fù)載均衡權(quán)值函數(shù)和負(fù)載均衡切換機(jī)制。通過(guò)將本文提出的負(fù)載均衡算法與基于RSSI、STA數(shù)目的負(fù)載均衡算法中吞吐量,負(fù)載均衡指數(shù)的比較,驗(yàn)證本文提出的負(fù)載均衡機(jī)制可有效地提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)吞吐量和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的性能,實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)負(fù)載均衡。
[Abstract]:With the attention of the country to the safety of coal production, the integrated coal mine system has been gradually applied to the underground, to a certain extent, to control the occurrence of coal mine disasters, but there are still many problems.Aiming at these problems, this paper introduces the wireless WiFi technology into the coal mine wired communication system, and develops an intelligent mine lamp with the functions of lighting, environment perception, positioning, man-machine interaction and early warning, etc.To realize safe production and efficient management.Combined with the special physical environment of underground coal mine, this paper analyzes the applicability of WiFi technology downhole, determines that WiFi technology is the underground wireless communication scheme, and designs the structure of mine WiFi network transmission system suitable for intelligent mine lamp.The intelligent miner lamp adopts modular design structure, which is composed of intelligent miner lamp motherboard, sensor board and power supply module.This paper introduces the hardware circuit diagram and software realization of intelligent mine lamp motherboard, sensor board and power supply module respectively.The underground coal mine is a long chain roadway, the hot zone effect is obvious and the access load of AP is limited.In the process of AP switching, the intelligent mine lamp does not consider the problem of load balancing, which will affect the overall performance of WiFi network.Based on the typical scene of coal mine roadway and the main factors affecting load, the load balancing weight function and load balancing switching mechanism based on RSSI, throughput and error rate are proposed in this paper.By comparing the proposed load balancing algorithm with the load balancing algorithm based on RSSISTA number, it is proved that the proposed load balancing mechanism can effectively improve the network throughput and network performance.Realize network load balance.
