小型化超寬帶MIMO天線的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著無線通信的迅猛發(fā)展,人們對通信容量及可靠性的需求越來越高。超寬帶(Ultra Wideband;UWB)技術(shù)因其具有頻譜資源豐富、傳輸速率快以及抗干擾性能強(qiáng)等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),在無線通信當(dāng)中擁有不可估量的研究價(jià)值。然而超寬帶技術(shù)因其輸出功率被限制在一個(gè)很低的范圍,其傳輸距離很近,很難實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離傳輸。多輸入多輸出(Multiple Input Multiple Output;MIMO)技術(shù)具有抗多徑衰落能力,能夠獲得分集增益有效地提高接收端的信噪比。將UWB技術(shù)與MIMO技術(shù)結(jié)合,利用空間多徑性,多路信號并行傳輸,獲得明顯的復(fù)用增益與分集增益,有希望實(shí)現(xiàn)信號遠(yuǎn)距離穩(wěn)定傳輸。天線作為任何無線接收機(jī)和發(fā)射機(jī)當(dāng)中必不可少的元器件,一直深受廣大研究者的熱愛。而超寬帶MIMO天線小型化、高隔離度的實(shí)現(xiàn)更是現(xiàn)如今的研究焦點(diǎn)。同時(shí),由于美國聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì)(The Federal Communication Commission;FCC)于2002年2月公開的商用超寬帶頻段為3.1-10.6GHz,此頻段與其他系統(tǒng)的工作頻段有部分重疊,為了避免其對超寬帶系統(tǒng)的干擾,需要濾除這些頻段的信號,如目前較成熟的全球微波互聯(lián)(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access;WiMAX)系統(tǒng)和無線局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Wireless Local Area Networks;WLAN)系統(tǒng),但是在小型化超寬帶MIMO天線上實(shí)現(xiàn)效果優(yōu)良的阻帶,這方面的研究十分缺乏,因此具有阻帶特性的超寬帶MIMO天線亟需研究。本文主要是基于超寬帶MIMO天線的研究,所完成的工作有以下方面:(1)對UWB技術(shù)和MIMO技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程做了簡單介紹,并簡要分析了它們具有的優(yōu)勢;闡述了MIMO天線的發(fā)展歷程;簡單介紹了超寬帶MIMO天線的基本參數(shù);并對天線設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)值方作了概括;分析了MIMO技術(shù)的分集方式。(2)總結(jié)了應(yīng)用比較廣泛的天線小型化技術(shù)。設(shè)計(jì)并分析了一款具有藍(lán)牙及超寬帶特性的雙極化MIMO天線,采用了四分之一圓環(huán)接地面,延長了電流的有效路徑,拓寬了天線工作頻段,天線工作頻率為2.3-12.5 GHz,覆蓋了藍(lán)牙頻段和超寬帶頻段,同時(shí)引入了叉形支節(jié),有效地提高了端口隔離度,端口隔離度大于15 dB。對輻射方向圖進(jìn)行了研究,兩端口輻射方向圖成正交分布,從而天線能同時(shí)輻射垂直極化波和水平極化波;另外基于MIMO技術(shù)中的角度分集方式,設(shè)計(jì)了一款角度分集的超寬帶MIMO天線,天線采用從天線背部激勵(lì),微帶饋電的方式,能靈活調(diào)節(jié)端口匹配,縮小天線尺寸,天線工作在3.1-10.6 GHz的頻率范圍內(nèi),端口隔離度大于15 dB。(3)總結(jié)了天線阻帶技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了兩款具有阻帶特性的超寬帶MIMO天線。一款具有WLAN阻帶特性的超寬帶MIMO天線,天線利用矩形SRR結(jié)構(gòu)獲得WLAN阻帶特性,天線工作頻率覆蓋了2.5-12 GHz,在5.1-6 GHz頻段處具有良好的阻帶特性,同時(shí)端口隔離度大于15 dB。另一款具有雙阻帶特性的超寬帶MIMO天線,在天線輻射貼片上引入了兩個(gè)半徑不同的圓環(huán)SRR結(jié)構(gòu),分別實(shí)現(xiàn)了WiMAX頻段和WLAN頻段的阻帶,該天線能工作在2.2-12 GHz頻段,并在3.2-3.65 GHz和5.2-6 GHz的頻段處產(chǎn)生阻帶,端口隔離度大于15 dB。

However, because of the ultra wideband technology the output power is limited to a very low range, the transmission distance is very near, it is difficult to achieve long-distance transmission. Multiple input multiple output (Multiple Input Multiple Output; MIMO) technology has the advantages of anti multipath fading, diversity gain can be effectively improve the SNR of the receiver.
