【摘要】：正1引言伴隨著國家食品安全保障戰(zhàn)略的深入實(shí)施,尤其是近幾年下發(fā)的中央一號文件都在聚焦"三農(nóng)問題",農(nóng)產(chǎn)品問題已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問題。然而,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品滯銷問題時(shí)常發(fā)生,冷鏈物流是其中一大關(guān)鍵問題。尤其是在《農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃》出臺之后,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流已經(jīng)成為國家戰(zhàn)略的一個(gè)重要組成部分。目前,中國冷鏈物流體系的建設(shè)進(jìn)入了"建國以來發(fā)展最快的時(shí)期",不僅是一線城市,在肯島、天津、沈陽、武漢、西安、福州,甚至日照、宜昌這樣的二三線城市也都紛紛興起了冷鏈物流園的建設(shè)大潮。參與其中的不僅有農(nóng)產(chǎn)品投資者,更有地產(chǎn)大
[Abstract]:Along with the deep implementation of the national food security strategy, especially the first document of the Central Committee issued in recent years is focusing on the "three rural issues", and the agricultural product issue has become a hot issue today.However, the problem of unsalable agricultural products often occurs, cold chain logistics is one of the key issues.Especially after the "cold chain logistics development plan for agricultural products" was issued, the cold chain logistics of agricultural products has become an important part of the national strategy.At present, the construction of China's cold-chain logistics system has entered the "fastest developing period" since the founding of the people's Republic of China, not only in first-tier cities, but also in Kenya Island, Tianjin, Shenyang, Wuhan, Xi'an, Fuzhou, and even Rizhao.Yichang such second-and-third-line cities have also risen cold-chain logistics park construction tide.There are not only investors in agricultural products, but also large real estate.
