【摘要】：無論是以事件監(jiān)測還是時空數(shù)據(jù)采集為目的的無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò),都迫切需要一種實時的異常值檢測方法。然而,無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點的計算能力、存儲能力和電源電量都非常有限。這為尋找適用無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的異常值檢測方法造成了很多限制。本文針對無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)中數(shù)據(jù)具有時空相關(guān)性特點提出了兩種適用于無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的異常值檢測方法。基于貝葉斯分類器的異常值檢測方法。首先,在超橢球幾何理論的基礎(chǔ)上給出一種節(jié)點相似度的定義。當(dāng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)部署在復(fù)雜環(huán)境中時,利用本文定義的相似度選擇鄰居節(jié)點,優(yōu)于僅僅依靠節(jié)點間距離遠(yuǎn)近的方法。其次,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行分簇并為簇內(nèi)構(gòu)建鏈?zhǔn)降呢惾~斯分類器進(jìn)行推理,在提高檢測準(zhǔn)確率的同時,將可能的錯誤傳播限制在一定范圍,避免對整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)的破壞。該模型可以實現(xiàn)實時的異常值檢測�；诳勺冮撝档漠惓Ｖ禉z測方法。從數(shù)據(jù)的時間相關(guān)性出發(fā),定義了一種異常因子,并通過異常因子將數(shù)據(jù)分為正常態(tài),臨界態(tài)和異常態(tài)。計算異常因子公式的分母是一個隨數(shù)據(jù)動態(tài)變化的閾值。在馬爾科夫假設(shè)和大量仿真實驗的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)的三種分類給出了動態(tài)閾值隨數(shù)據(jù)變化的更新機制。該模型可以實現(xiàn)實時的異常值檢測。
[Abstract]:A real-time outlier detection method is urgently needed in wireless sensor networks (WSN) for event monitoring and spatio-temporal data acquisition.However, the computing power, storage capacity and power supply of wireless sensor network nodes are very limited.This creates a lot of limitations for finding outlier detection methods suitable for wireless sensor networks.In this paper, two outliers detection methods for wireless sensor networks (WSN) are proposed in view of the spatio-temporal correlation of data in wireless sensor networks (WSN).An outlier detection method based on Bayesian classifier.Firstly, a definition of node similarity is given based on hyperellipsoid geometry theory.When the network is deployed in a complex environment, it is better to select neighbor nodes by using the similarity defined in this paper than by only relying on the distance between nodes.Secondly, the network is clustered and a chain Bayesian classifier is constructed within the cluster to improve the detection accuracy and limit the possible error propagation to a certain range to avoid the destruction of the whole network.The model can detect outliers in real time.Outlier detection method based on variable threshold.Based on the temporal correlation of data, an anomaly factor is defined, and the data is divided into normal state, critical state and abnormal state.Calculating the denominator of the anomaly factor formula is a threshold value that varies dynamically with the data.On the basis of Markov hypothesis and a large number of simulation experiments, the updating mechanism of dynamic threshold with the change of data is given in combination with three kinds of classification of data.The model can detect outliers in real time.
