【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)控制技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷成熟,控制系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域越來越廣泛,控制對(duì)象日益復(fù)雜�?刂葡到y(tǒng)正朝著數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化的方向發(fā)展。對(duì)數(shù)周期天線作為短波通信天線已被廣泛應(yīng)用于通信及救災(zāi)等特殊場(chǎng)合,可旋轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)數(shù)周期天線的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化控制正是基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)化控制技術(shù)成熟性以及用戶實(shí)際使用要求提出的。本文針對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)天線網(wǎng)絡(luò)化控制的要求,采用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、通信、數(shù)據(jù)庫等技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了B/S構(gòu)架的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化控制方案。系統(tǒng)由Web服務(wù)器、通信服務(wù)器、網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制單元、天線驅(qū)動(dòng)單元及天線等構(gòu)成,其中Web服務(wù)器為IE用戶提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)化天線操控的服務(wù),通信服務(wù)器則是連接Web服務(wù)器和設(shè)備端的通信樞紐,天線驅(qū)動(dòng)單元主要完成天線的驅(qū)動(dòng)控制。針對(duì)系統(tǒng)中通信核心設(shè)備--網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制單元(NCU)的開發(fā)要求,采用先進(jìn)的嵌入式技術(shù)、總線通信技術(shù),完成了NCU的總體方案、核心CPU板、光通信板、繼電器板及電源板等的設(shè)計(jì),論文詳細(xì)介紹了主要硬件電路的原理及設(shè)計(jì)思想�;谇度胧讲僮飨到y(tǒng)μC/OS-II,運(yùn)用任務(wù)、隊(duì)列、狀態(tài)機(jī)、TCP/IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),開發(fā)了NCU的控制軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了旋轉(zhuǎn)天線的定點(diǎn)、定位、點(diǎn)動(dòng)、校準(zhǔn)及參數(shù)設(shè)置等功能,文中給出了控制器的總設(shè)計(jì)框架、程序的詳細(xì)流程以及鍵盤管理的狀態(tài)機(jī)等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,搭建了系統(tǒng)測(cè)試平臺(tái),進(jìn)行了NCU設(shè)備級(jí)功能測(cè)試以及系統(tǒng)級(jí)聯(lián)調(diào)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明:網(wǎng)絡(luò)化控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架設(shè)計(jì)合理,開發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制單元通信可靠、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,能很好承擔(dān)起其作為通信樞紐的功能和性能要求。目前開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)及相關(guān)設(shè)備已交付用戶使用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer control technology and the maturation of network technology, the application field of control system is more and more extensive, and the control object is becoming more and more complex.The control system is developing towards the direction of digitization, network and intelligence.Logarithmic periodic antenna as a shortwave communication antenna has been widely used in special situations such as communication and disaster relief. The networked control of rotatable logarithmic periodic antenna is based on the maturity of networked control technology and the practical requirements of users.In order to meet the requirement of networked control of rotating antenna, this paper designs a network control scheme based on B / S architecture using computer network, communication, database and other technologies.The system is composed of Web server, communication server, network control unit, antenna driving unit and antenna. The Web server provides network antenna control service for IE users.The communication server is the communication hub connecting the Web server and the device, and the antenna driving unit mainly completes the antenna drive control.In order to meet the requirements of the development of the communication core equipment, the network control unit (NCU), the design of the overall scheme of NCU, the core CPU board, the optical communication board, the relay board and the power supply board is completed by using advanced embedded technology and bus communication technology.This paper introduces the principle and design idea of the main hardware circuit in detail.Based on the embedded operating system 渭 C / OS-IIand using the key technologies such as task, queue, state machine / TCP / IP network communication, the control software of NCU is developed. The functions of fixed point, positioning, point movement, calibration and parameter setting of rotating antenna are realized.The general design framework of the controller, the detailed flow of the program and the state machine of keyboard management are given in this paper.On this basis, the system testing platform is built, the NCU device level function test and the system cascade adjustment test are carried out. The results show that the networked control system architecture is reasonable, the network control unit developed is reliable in communication and stable in operation.Be able to take on its function and performance requirements as a communication hub.The system and related equipment developed at present have been delivered to the users for use.
