【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)爭呈現(xiàn)出來的新的變化和發(fā)展趨勢,實時、詳細(xì)的軍事信息在軍事戰(zhàn)略防御、戰(zhàn)略布局、行軍布陣等方面已經(jīng)發(fā)揮著不可替代的重要作用。由于常規(guī)的紙質(zhì)軍事地圖提供的信息有限、可查閱的地理區(qū)域較小,已不能滿足現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)爭特別是野戰(zhàn)環(huán)境的需要。因此,迫切需要發(fā)展信息存貯量大、體積小、重量輕、耗電少、適用于野戰(zhàn)條件的電子地圖信息顯示系統(tǒng)。微型投影儀成為電子地圖顯示的首選工具。本文基于嵌入式技術(shù)與DLP技術(shù)設(shè)計出微型投影儀的硬件平臺,該硬件平臺能夠完成投影或顯示必要的地理信息,也能夠在必要的情況下,顯示其它作戰(zhàn)信息。在該平臺上,分析研究并解決了微型投影儀的3個關(guān)鍵技術(shù):LED驅(qū)動電路設(shè)計、低功耗電源電路設(shè)計、DMD驅(qū)動技術(shù),經(jīng)過最終測試驗證,本文設(shè)計的微型投影儀硬件平臺與驅(qū)動電路滿足設(shè)計要求。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1.基于嵌入式技術(shù)與DLP技術(shù)研究并設(shè)計出微型投影儀硬件平臺、投影步驟以及各個模塊的功能。硬件平臺包括包括嵌入式微處理器為核心控制模塊、DLP組合芯片為數(shù)字光處理模塊、視頻處理模塊、電源轉(zhuǎn)換模塊和必要外設(shè)接口。投影步驟包括視頻輸入、視頻解碼、視頻格式轉(zhuǎn)換、數(shù)字光處理和投影。2.對微投系統(tǒng)的三個子系統(tǒng)涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)作了詳細(xì)的研究,分別為:LED驅(qū)動電路設(shè)計、低功耗電源電路設(shè)計以及DMD驅(qū)動技術(shù)。LED驅(qū)動電路不但要為LED光源提供足夠驅(qū)動電流,還要結(jié)合PWM技術(shù)實現(xiàn)對LED亮度的調(diào)節(jié)。低功耗電源電路除了為系統(tǒng)提供正常的供電外,還要實現(xiàn)低功耗設(shè)計,即電源系統(tǒng)受系統(tǒng)控制,通過工作在不同模式下達(dá)到節(jié)能低功耗。DMD驅(qū)動技術(shù)實現(xiàn)對光機(jī)的正常驅(qū)動,通過對DLP芯片的正確配置實現(xiàn)對輸入視頻的有效投影。最后,結(jié)合設(shè)計的樣機(jī)對系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊進(jìn)行驗證分析。通過測試驗證,本文所設(shè)計的微型投影儀系統(tǒng)硬件平臺及相關(guān)驅(qū)動電路工作正常,達(dá)到設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:With the new changes and development trends of modern warfare, real-time, detailed military information in military strategic defense, strategic layout, Marching has played an irreplaceable and important role. Due to the limited information provided by conventional paper military maps and the relatively small geographical areas that can be consulted, they can no longer meet the needs of modern warfare, especially the field environment. There is an urgent need to develop large quantities of information, small size, light weight and low power consumption, The electronic map information display system suitable for the field condition. The miniature projector becomes the first choice tool of the electronic map display. This paper designs the hardware platform of the miniature projector based on embedded technology and DLP technology. The hardware platform can project or display necessary geographic information, and display other operational information if necessary. On this platform, three key technologies of the micro projector are analyzed and solved. Low power supply circuit design DMD drive technology, after the final test and verification, The hardware platform and driving circuit of the micro projector designed in this paper meet the design requirements. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on embedded technology and DLP technology, the hardware platform of micro projector is designed. The hardware platform includes an embedded microprocessor as the core control module, a DLP combination chip as a digital optical processing module, a video processing module, and a video processing module. Power conversion module and necessary peripheral interface. Projection steps include video input, video decoding, video format conversion, digital optical processing and projection. The design of the drive circuit for DMD, the low power supply circuit and the drive circuit for DMD not only provide enough driving current for the LED light source, but also provide enough driving current for the LED light source. The low power supply circuit not only provides the normal power supply for the system, but also realizes the low power design, that is, the power system is controlled by the system. Through working in different modes to achieve energy saving and low power. DMD drive technology to achieve the normal drive of optical machine, through the correct configuration of DLP chip to achieve the effective projection of input video. Finally, Through the test and verification, the hardware platform and the related driving circuit of the micro projector designed in this paper work normally, and meet the design requirements.
