基于FPGA的微弱信號采集與分析方法的研究

【摘要】:數(shù)字技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)與應(yīng)用為人類帶來了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,隨著數(shù)字技術(shù)研究的逐漸深入,信號的采集與分析方法的研究也逐步深入,然而無論是日常應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域還是科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域,很多時候需要提取、處理淹沒在大量強(qiáng)噪聲中的微弱信號,微弱信號的采集與分析是將有用的信號從噪聲中提取出來的一門新興學(xué)科,是一種專門與噪聲作斗爭的技術(shù)。因此,如何應(yīng)用數(shù)字技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)在眾多噪聲背景下采集到微弱信號并對其進(jìn)行分析處理已成為目前信號采集與分析領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)之一。 本文設(shè)計了一款微弱信號采集系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)是以ATERA公司的FPGA芯片EP4CW15F17C8作為微弱信號采集系統(tǒng)的核心芯片。該系統(tǒng)的硬件部分在設(shè)計上采用了模塊化處理,設(shè)計了FPGA外圍電路設(shè)計模塊、微弱信號輸入電路模塊、微弱信號放大電路模塊、AD外圍電路模塊、SRAM外圍電路設(shè)計模塊、電源管理電路模塊、網(wǎng)口通訊電路設(shè)計模塊和接口電路模塊,其中接口電路模塊包括JTAG接口電路模塊、VGA接口電路模塊、按鍵接口電路模塊等,,并完成了PCB繪制。 再次,在微弱信號采集系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)介紹了微弱信號采集系統(tǒng)的軟件系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)架以及實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計部分也采用了模塊化處理,包括按鍵模塊、AD模塊、FIFO模塊、FIR濾波模塊、SRAM模塊、VGA等模塊的設(shè)計,并對各個模塊的狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換圖、RTL視圖、輸入輸出管腳視圖等進(jìn)行了繪制,在此基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用HDL語言專門仿真軟件Modelsim對各個模塊進(jìn)行了仿真。 本文根據(jù)微弱信號的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計了一款微弱信號采集系統(tǒng),并給出了微弱信號采集系統(tǒng)的整個硬件電路和軟件模塊,與此同時對微弱信號的采集以及分析方法進(jìn)行了深入的探討,對應(yīng)用FPGA采集微弱信號的人員具有一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:The emergence and application of digital technology have brought profound influence to human beings. With the development of digital technology, the research of signal acquisition and analysis methods has been gradually deepened, but no matter in the field of daily application or in the field of scientific research,In many cases, it is necessary to extract and deal with weak signals submerged in a large number of strong noises. The acquisition and analysis of weak signals is a new subject that extracts useful signals from noise, and is a special technology to combat noise.Therefore, how to use digital technology to realize the acquisition and analysis of weak signals in many noise backgrounds has become one of the research hotspots in the field of signal acquisition and analysis.In this paper, a weak signal acquisition system is designed. The system uses FPGA chip EP4CW15F17C8 of ATERA Company as the core chip of the weak signal acquisition system.In the hardware part of the system, modularization is adopted in the design. The peripheral circuit design module of FPGA, the weak signal input circuit module, the weak signal amplifying circuit module and the AD peripheral circuit module are designed.Power management circuit module, network interface communication circuit design module and interface circuit module. The interface circuit module includes JTAG interface circuit module, key interface circuit module and PCB drawing.Thirdly, on the basis of the hardware design of the weak signal acquisition system, the software architecture and implementation scheme of the weak signal acquisition system are introduced in detail. The software design part of the system also adopts modularization processing.It includes the design of key module, AD module, FIFO module, Fir filter module, SRAM module, VGA and so on, and draws the state transition diagram of each module and RTL view, input and output pin view, etc.On this basis, the special simulation software Modelsim of HDL language is used to simulate each module.It has certain reference function for the people who use FPGA to collect weak signals.
