基于測(cè)距的無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)定位算法研究

【摘要】:無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)是近年來(lái)受到國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)界和工業(yè)界廣泛關(guān)注的新興技術(shù),在工業(yè)、軍事、環(huán)境等領(lǐng)域有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。在許多應(yīng)用中,節(jié)點(diǎn)位置信息至關(guān)重要,離開(kāi)位置信息,監(jiān)測(cè)事件或者感知數(shù)據(jù)也失去了實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。因此,傳感節(jié)點(diǎn)定位技術(shù)是無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,也是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。 本文深入分析了經(jīng)典的定位算法優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。通過(guò)分析定位原理,把定位算法分為兩個(gè)階段:測(cè)距階段和定位階段;并提出了兩種相應(yīng)的求精算法。在測(cè)距階段中,考慮無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)低功耗,小型化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),采用RSSI測(cè)距技術(shù)。由于環(huán)境因素對(duì)RSSI測(cè)距精度有著非常大的影響,我們提出了一套減小測(cè)距誤差的方法:包括異常的RSSI值3σ法、在線建模法和自校正誤差補(bǔ)償法。在定位階段中,在分析經(jīng)典三邊定位算法基礎(chǔ)上,首次提出了三邊法定位可能出現(xiàn)病態(tài)方程問(wèn)題,并從理論上予以證明,創(chuàng)新性地給出了基于最小條件數(shù)的三邊定位算法。 本文進(jìn)行了大量測(cè)距和定位實(shí)驗(yàn),得出結(jié)論:RSSI值受環(huán)境影響很大,通過(guò)3σ法處理、在線建模和誤差補(bǔ)償均能有效提高測(cè)距精度。同時(shí),本文首次提出的基于最小條件數(shù)的三邊定位算法精度也高于經(jīng)典距離最近三邊定位算法,為三邊法的優(yōu)化提供了理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Wireless sensor network is a new technology, the international academia and industry in recent years has attracted wide attention in industry, military, environment and other fields have a wide application prospect. In many applications, the node location information is critical, leave the location information, monitoring events or sensing data also lost the value of practical application. Therefore, the sensor node localization technology is one of the key technologies in wireless sensor network, but also the focus of this paper.
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the classic location algorithm. By analyzing the positioning principle, the positioning algorithm is divided into two stages: stage ranging and positioning stage; and puts forward two corresponding refinement algorithm. In the ranging stage, considering the low power wireless sensor networks, the development trend of miniaturization, with RSSI ranging technology. Because of the environmental factors have a great influence on the RSSI measurement accuracy, we propose a method to reduce the ranging error: including the abnormal RSSI value of 3 Sigma method, online modeling method and self correction error compensation method. In the positioning stage, in the analysis of three classic edge location algorithm based on edge is put forward for the first time three locate the possible ill conditioned equations, and proved theoretically, this paper creatively proposes a three edge localization algorithm based on minimum condition number.
This paper carried out a large number of ranging and positioning experiment, draw the conclusion: the value of RSSI is strongly influenced by the environment, through the 3 sigma process, online modeling and error compensation can effectively improve the ranging accuracy. At the same time, this paper first proposed the precision of three edge localization algorithm based on minimum condition number is higher than the classical nearest three edge localization algorithm. To provide theoretical and practical basis for the optimization of the three edge method.
