外輻射源雷達多傳感器多目標定位與跟蹤

【摘要】:外輻射源雷達能夠突破有源雷達在隱身技術(shù)和低空突防等方面的局限性,因此外輻射源雷達系統(tǒng)得到了廣泛的發(fā)展。該雷達系統(tǒng)經(jīng)歷了從單傳感器系統(tǒng)到多傳感器系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,在多目標的情況下,通過多雷達系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)融合技術(shù)能夠增強目標跟蹤的適應(yīng)性。本文對多目標情況下的目標跟蹤問題進行了研究,探討了多傳感器外輻射源雷達體制下多目標定位與跟蹤的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。本文針對三發(fā)一收體制的外輻射源雷達系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了一套數(shù)據(jù)處理方案,該方案分為數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理、點跡融合和航跡處理。數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理主要是對量測值進行距離—多普勒維上的航跡處理,從而消除虛警點并平滑量測值,以減少后續(xù)數(shù)據(jù)處理計算量。點跡融合模塊的功能是將各個站接收到的多個目標在球坐標上的量測值轉(zhuǎn)化為在XY平面上對應(yīng)的點跡,并對這些點跡進行分類從而與不同的目標相對應(yīng)。該模塊有窮舉配對、TOA解算定位、聚類和融合等步驟,窮舉配對是將多個接收站接收的多個量測值進行兩兩窮舉配對,然后采用TOA定位方法將各個站的距離和與多普勒量測值信息進行轉(zhuǎn)換坐標,解算得到XY平面上的點跡,最后通過粗聚類和融合算法可以合理地將同一類的目標點集進行歸類,并將一個點跡類進行融合而得到一個綜合點跡,方便后續(xù)的航跡處理。在TOA定位方法中,對影響定位精度的因素進行了仿真和分析,并得出了一定的結(jié)論,同時對基于SX算法的TOA定位方法和TOA+DOA混合定位方法進行了分析和比較。航跡處理主要對聚類融合后的目標點跡來進行處理,該處理主要包括航跡起始、點跡—航跡關(guān)聯(lián)、航跡預(yù)測更新和航跡消亡,在跟蹤濾波上本文選用卡爾曼濾波算法。最后利用本文設(shè)計的數(shù)據(jù)處理方案對多傳感器多目標情況進行了仿真分析,同時還利用實測數(shù)據(jù)進行了跟蹤處理性能驗證。
[Abstract]:The external emitter radar can break through the limitation of active radar in stealth technology and low altitude penetration, so the external emitter radar system has been widely developed. The radar system has experienced the development from single sensor system to multi-sensor system. In the case of multi-target, multi-radar system data fusion technology can enhance the adaptability of target tracking. This paper discusses the key techniques of multi-target location and tracking under the multi-sensor external emitter radar system. This paper designs a data processing scheme for the external emitter radar system with three transmitters and one receiving system, which is divided into data preprocessing. Point track fusion and track processing. Data preprocessing mainly deals with the measured values on the range-Doppler dimension, thus eliminating false alarm points and smoothing the measured values. The function of the point trace fusion module is to convert the measurements of multiple targets received by each station in the spherical coordinates into the corresponding points on the XY plane. These points are classified to correspond to different targets. This module has the steps of exhaustive pairing TOA calculation, clustering and fusion. The exhaustive pairing is the pairing of multiple measurements received by multiple receiving stations. Then the distance of each station and the information of Doppler measurements are transformed into coordinates by using TOA localization method, and the points on the XY plane are solved. Finally, the target points of the same class can be reasonably classified by rough clustering and fusion algorithm. A synthetic point trace is obtained by fusion of a spot trace class, which is convenient for the subsequent track processing. In the TOA positioning method, the factors affecting the positioning accuracy are simulated and analyzed, and a certain conclusion is drawn. At the same time, the TOA location method based on SX algorithm and the TOA DOA hybrid localization method are analyzed and compared. The track processing mainly deals with the target track after clustering fusion, which mainly includes track initiation, point-track and track association. In this paper, Kalman filter algorithm is used in tracking filtering. Finally, the multi-sensor and multi-target case is simulated and analyzed by using the data processing scheme designed in this paper. At the same time, the tracking processing performance is verified by the measured data.
