基于ZigBee的低功耗電子貨架標(biāo)簽系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:紙質(zhì)商品價(jià)格標(biāo)簽在商品銷(xiāo)售中應(yīng)用相當(dāng)廣泛。在大型超市里,商品種類(lèi)繁多、信息更新較為頻繁,紙質(zhì)標(biāo)簽的管理、更新維護(hù)工作長(zhǎng)期依賴(lài)人工操作,不僅效率低下,而且隨著超市規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,商品種類(lèi)的增加,其管理無(wú)序、混亂等矛盾也越發(fā)明顯。當(dāng)缺少監(jiān)督或是操作人員疏忽時(shí),容易出現(xiàn)商品標(biāo)價(jià)錯(cuò)誤的情況,影響日常銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng),甚至破壞公司形象。 針對(duì)目前超市價(jià)格標(biāo)簽更新維護(hù)工作涉及的信息量大、實(shí)時(shí)性及可靠性要求高的特點(diǎn),同時(shí)也考慮到超市日常運(yùn)作及系統(tǒng)部署成本等因素,本文旨在設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)一款具備實(shí)時(shí)更新功能且成本低廉的無(wú)線(xiàn)電子價(jià)格標(biāo)簽系統(tǒng),替代傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)價(jià)格標(biāo)簽系統(tǒng)。ZigBee技術(shù)作為一種短距離通信技術(shù),其低成本、低功耗、高可靠性的特點(diǎn)可以很好地滿(mǎn)足電子標(biāo)價(jià)牌系統(tǒng)的無(wú)線(xiàn)通信需求。 本文首先根據(jù)超市的業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)對(duì)無(wú)線(xiàn)電子貨架標(biāo)簽系統(tǒng)ESL(Electronic Shelf Label)進(jìn)行功能需求分析;其次在對(duì)比各種短距離無(wú)線(xiàn)通信技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上深入分析ZigBee技術(shù)的原理及特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)出一套基于ZigBee協(xié)議棧BitCloud的低功耗電子貨架標(biāo)簽系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)參數(shù)比較,選擇AT91SAM3S4C作為協(xié)調(diào)器和路由器控制芯片,ATmega128rfa1作為終端節(jié)點(diǎn)控制芯片,OED電子紙作為標(biāo)簽顯示模塊,構(gòu)成一個(gè)多路由大容量的Mesh網(wǎng)絡(luò)。文中對(duì)BitCloud協(xié)議棧進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的分析,給出了系統(tǒng)方案的總體架構(gòu)、硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)鏈路質(zhì)量、通信距離、信號(hào)強(qiáng)度等參數(shù)進(jìn)行性能測(cè)試和驗(yàn)證。并從軟硬件兩方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)能耗進(jìn)行分析,,結(jié)果表明節(jié)點(diǎn)的信息更新周期、空閑時(shí)間與睡眠時(shí)間的比值與功耗息息相關(guān),而減少通信流量、選用較低工作頻率、較低工作電壓亦能有效降低系統(tǒng)功耗。
[Abstract]:The paper commodity price label is widely used in the commodity sale. In the large supermarket, there are many kinds of goods, the information is updated frequently, the management and maintenance of the paper label depend on manual operation for a long time, so it is not only inefficient, but also inefficient. Moreover, with the expansion of the supermarket scale and the increase in the variety of commodities, the contradictions of its management disorder and confusion are becoming more and more obvious. When there is a lack of supervision or negligence of operators, it is easy to appear the wrong price of goods, which will affect the daily sales activities. Even tarnishing the image of the company. In view of the characteristics of large amount of information, high requirement of real-time and reliability, and taking into account the daily operation of supermarket and the cost of system deployment, etc. The purpose of this paper is to design and develop a wireless electronic price tag system with real-time updating function and low cost, which replaces the traditional paper-based price tag system .ZigBee as a short-range communication technology with low cost and low power consumption. The characteristics of high reliability can meet the wireless communication requirements of electronic price tag system. This paper firstly analyzes the function requirement of wireless electronic shelf label system (ESL(Electronic Shelf label) according to the business characteristics of supermarket, and then deeply analyzes the principle and characteristics of ZigBee technology on the basis of comparing various short-range wireless communication technologies. A low power electronic shelf label system based on ZigBee protocol stack BitCloud is designed and developed. Through parameter comparison, AT91SAM3S4C is selected as coordinator and router control chip ATmega128rfa1 as terminal node control chip ZigBee electronic paper as label display module. In this paper, the BitCloud protocol stack is analyzed in detail, and the overall architecture, hardware and software design, link quality and communication distance of the system are given. The signal strength and other parameters are tested and verified. The energy consumption of the system is analyzed from the aspects of software and hardware. The results show that the information update cycle, the ratio of idle time to sleep time and the power consumption are closely related to the power consumption, while the communication flow is reduced. Lower operating frequency and lower operating voltage can also effectively reduce the power consumption of the system.
