【摘要】:隨著射頻集成電路技術(shù)和數(shù)字信號(hào)處理技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,數(shù)字陣列天線(DAA)受到越來越廣泛的關(guān)注和研究,相比相控陣天線而言,數(shù)字陣列天線增加了數(shù)字波束形成(DBF)單元以及數(shù)字信號(hào)處理單元,擁有一般天線系統(tǒng)不具備的高增益、低副瓣、多波束掃描、多目標(biāo)處理、自適應(yīng)波束控制等特點(diǎn)。數(shù)字陣列天線性能指標(biāo)測(cè)試是系統(tǒng)研制過程的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文所涉及的集成數(shù)字陣列系統(tǒng)中天線單元、射頻通道、A/D變換及預(yù)處理電路一體化連接,以致無可供直接連接的射頻接口,無法用傳統(tǒng)的天線測(cè)量系統(tǒng)來測(cè)量天線性能,由此本文提出了數(shù)字域天線參數(shù)測(cè)量方案,解決了基于DBF的天線參數(shù)測(cè)量問題。首先針對(duì)數(shù)字陣列天線系統(tǒng)的組成和特點(diǎn),分析其不同于傳統(tǒng)天線指標(biāo)測(cè)試的原因,展開對(duì)數(shù)字陣列天線方向圖、系統(tǒng)接收G/T值、EIRP值、波束賦形等天線參數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)量方法研究。其次,開發(fā)了基于MFC的數(shù)字陣列天線系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化測(cè)量軟件,主要功能包括:串口完成上位機(jī)與轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)電機(jī)的實(shí)時(shí)通信、網(wǎng)口完成上位機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程操控安捷倫信號(hào)源與頻譜儀、網(wǎng)口實(shí)現(xiàn)上位機(jī)與DBF電路板上的DSP模塊實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)交互、結(jié)合多線程技術(shù)與TeeChart Pro控件完成實(shí)時(shí)方向圖的繪制。最后,針對(duì)960個(gè)陣元的數(shù)字陣列天線系統(tǒng)開展遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量,對(duì)實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證測(cè)量方法的可行性與有效性,分析可能造成測(cè)量誤差的因素,實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果表明所研制的數(shù)字陣列天線基本滿足系統(tǒng)指標(biāo)要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of RF integrated circuit technology and digital signal processing technology, digital array antenna (DAA) has received more and more attention and research, compared with phased array antenna, The digital array antenna adds the digital beamforming DBF unit as well as the digital signal processing unit. It has high gain, low sidelobe, multi-beam scanning, multi-target processing, which is not available in the general antenna system. Adaptive beam control and so on. The performance test of digital array antenna is an important link in the development of the system. The antenna unit in the integrated digital array system, RF channel A / D transform and preprocessing circuit are connected in this paper. As a result, there is no direct connection between RF interface and traditional antenna measurement system to measure antenna performance. Therefore, a digital antenna parameter measurement scheme is proposed in this paper. The problem of antenna parameter measurement based on DBF is solved. Firstly, according to the composition and characteristics of the digital array antenna system, the reasons why it is different from the traditional antenna index test are analyzed, and the pattern of the digital array antenna is developed, and the system receives the G / T value and the EIRP value. The measurement method of antenna parameters such as beamforming is studied. Secondly, the automatic measurement software of digital array antenna system based on MFC is developed. The main functions include: the serial port completes the real-time communication between host computer and turntable motor. The interface completes the remote control of Agilent signal source and spectrum spectrometer. The interface realizes the real-time data interaction between the upper computer and the DSP module on the DBF circuit board. Combined with the multithread technology and the TeeChart Pro control, the real-time direction diagram is drawn. Finally, the network interface realizes the real-time data exchange between the upper computer and the DSP module on the DBF circuit board. The far-field measurement of 960 array antenna system is carried out. The measured results are analyzed to verify the feasibility and validity of the measurement method, and the factors that may cause the measurement error are analyzed. The measured results show that the digital array antenna can meet the requirements of the system.
