【摘要】:CDMA 2000 1X EVDO作為面向第三代(3G)無線通信系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,可在多種環(huán)境條件下以不同的服務(wù)質(zhì)量(QoS)支持多種/復(fù)合業(yè)務(wù)(如話音、分組/電路數(shù)據(jù)、定位業(yè)務(wù)),滿足3GPP2的要求。在移動(dòng)通信行業(yè)市場競爭日趨激烈的情況下,如何提高3G用戶滿意度、提高用戶對3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)感知、提高現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)水平和優(yōu)化質(zhì)量,最大限度的提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行效益,已經(jīng)成為通訊運(yùn)營商網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)中的重要課題。本文首先介紹了上海電信EVDO覆蓋網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)狀和研究3G下切2G問題的背景。由于目前上海電信運(yùn)營的3G EVDO網(wǎng)絡(luò)主要用于承載數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù),而3GEVDO與2G 1X網(wǎng)絡(luò)在數(shù)據(jù)峰值吞吐率、用戶面時(shí)延、QoS保障等方面存在較大差距,當(dāng)發(fā)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)異常下切后,將嚴(yán)重影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶感知,在3G用戶規(guī)模發(fā)展,以上海等一批特大城市中,3G下切2G問題成為3G EVDO移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營商遇到的一大突出問題。其次從移動(dòng)通信基本概念和工作原理方面介紹了CDMA20001X向EVDO技術(shù)演進(jìn)概述、混合組網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、EVDO移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)理論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上系統(tǒng)地對造成下切的原理和機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究、結(jié)合上海現(xiàn)網(wǎng)實(shí)際問題進(jìn)行了下切率的算法進(jìn)行了分析。本文的特點(diǎn)就是對3G下切2G的原理從不同角度進(jìn)行分析,對下切的原因以及跨系統(tǒng)的用戶呼叫詳細(xì)記錄(PCMD)進(jìn)行深入聯(lián)合分析,提出了較為準(zhǔn)確的下切問題定位算法,并根據(jù)算法機(jī)制進(jìn)行提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方法。然后本文全面深入地介紹了本次專題工作針對不同下切機(jī)制、下切場景的多種解決下切問題的方法,包括針對設(shè)備負(fù)荷、故障問題、前反向鏈路覆蓋等多種下切原因的優(yōu)化方法,同時(shí)通過建立的下切分析算法和工具對優(yōu)化措施的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證和跟蹤分析,較大地改善了上海電信現(xiàn)網(wǎng)的EVDO無線側(cè)數(shù)據(jù)域下切問題。本專題工作相關(guān)成果,包括下切問題分析工具、形成的下切問題的優(yōu)化分析評估體系及優(yōu)化流程,均被中國電信集團(tuán)公司采納,相關(guān)優(yōu)化實(shí)施案例被作為《提升用戶感知之3G下切2G分析優(yōu)化操作手冊》中阿朗設(shè)備區(qū)的典型案例在各電信省公司范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行交流、學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:CDMA 2000 1X EVDO is one of the standards for 3G wireless communication systems. It can support multiple / composite services (such as voice, packet / circuit data) with different quality of service (QoS) under a variety of environments. Under the increasingly fierce market competition in the mobile communication industry, how to improve the satisfaction of 3G users, improve users' perception of 3G network, improve the level of network maintenance and improve the quality of existing networks, and meet the requirements of 3GPP2. To maximize the efficiency of network operation, It has become an important topic in the network maintenance of telecommunication operators. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of EVDO coverage network of Shanghai Telecom and the background of studying 3G down-cut 2G problem. At present, the 3G EVDO network operated by Shanghai Telecom is mainly used to carry data services. However, there is a big gap between 3GEVDO and 2G1X network in terms of data peak throughput, user delay, QoS guarantee and so on. When network anomaly occurs, it will seriously affect network user perception and develop in 3G user scale. The 3G undercut 2G problem in Shanghai and other mega-cities has become a major problem encountered by 3G EVDO mobile network operators. Secondly, the evolution of CDMA20001X to EVDO technology is introduced from the basic concept and working principle of mobile communication. Based on the theory of EVDO mobile communication system, the principle and mechanism of cutting down are systematically studied. Combined with the actual problem of Shanghai current network, the algorithm of undercutting rate is analyzed. The characteristic of this paper is to analyze the principle of 3G undercut 2G from different angles. In this paper, the reason of the downcut and the detailed record of the user call across the system are analyzed, and a more accurate algorithm for the location of the down-cut problem is put forward. According to the algorithm mechanism, the corresponding optimization method is put forward. Then, this paper comprehensively and deeply introduces the various methods to solve the down-cutting problem, including the equipment load, the fault problem, which is aimed at different down-cutting mechanism and the down-cutting scene. At the same time, the optimization methods of various down-cut reasons, such as forward and reverse link coverage, are used to verify and track the effect of the optimization measures through the established down-cut analysis algorithms and tools. It has greatly improved the EVDO wireless side data domain down-cut problem of Shanghai Telecom. The related achievements of this topic, including the down-cut problem analysis tool, the optimized analysis and evaluation system and the optimization process of the down-cut problem, have been developed. All of them were adopted by China Telecom Corporation, and the relevant optimization cases were used as typical cases in the Arang equipment area to communicate and learn from each telecom company in the "2G Analysis and Optimization Manual for improving user perception".
