用于靜電除塵中的高頻高壓開關(guān)電源設(shè)計(jì)與研制

【摘要】:靜電除塵行業(yè)中采用的傳統(tǒng)工頻可控硅整流電源不僅體積大、耗材嚴(yán)重而且除塵效率較低,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)供電電源中的諸多缺點(diǎn),本文提出了一種新型的基于數(shù)字處理芯片的高頻開關(guān)電源設(shè)計(jì)方案。新型高頻電源不僅體積大大減小而且除塵效率也大幅度提高,符合除塵行業(yè)的發(fā)展方向和需求。 首先,本文對(duì)靜電除塵的工作原理、不同種類的供電電源和電場特性作出簡要的介紹。通過了解實(shí)際工況所需要的電壓、電流確定了我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)的高頻開關(guān)電源的最大輸出功率與逆變頻率并且設(shè)計(jì)出基本的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。 其次,本文介紹了新型高頻電源供電系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件兩個(gè)方面的設(shè)計(jì)思路和設(shè)計(jì)方案。隨著電力電子開關(guān)器件的不斷發(fā)展和革新,本文采用了先進(jìn)的電力電子全控型開關(guān)器件IGBT作為功率電路的設(shè)計(jì)核心,并采用串聯(lián)諧振技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)IGBT軟開關(guān)使整個(gè)電源系統(tǒng)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。本文介紹的電源控制系統(tǒng)以TMS320F28335為核心,主要實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)安全監(jiān)控和信號(hào)處理控制兩個(gè)方面,能夠保證系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和迅速性。 最后,本文通過一系列的實(shí)驗(yàn)得出電源系統(tǒng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求的結(jié)論,并提出了設(shè)計(jì)中有待改進(jìn)的地方和發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:The traditional power frequency thyristor rectifier used in electrostatic dedusting industry is not only large in volume, serious in consumables and low in dust removal efficiency, but also has many disadvantages in traditional power supply. A new design scheme of high frequency switching power supply based on digital processing chip is presented in this paper. The new type of high frequency power supply not only reduces the volume but also greatly improves the dust removal efficiency, which is in line with the development direction and demand of dust removal industry. First of all, this paper gives a brief introduction to the working principle of electrostatic dusting, different kinds of power supply and electric field characteristics. The current determines the maximum output power and the inverter frequency of the high frequency switching power supply and designs the basic topology. Secondly, this paper introduces the hardware and software design of the new high frequency power supply system. In this paper, the advanced power electronic switch device IGBT is used as the core of power circuit design. The series resonance technology is used to realize the IGBT soft switch to meet the design requirements. The power supply control system introduced in this paper takes TMS320F28335 as the core, which mainly realizes the system security monitoring and signal processing control. It can guarantee the stability and rapidity of the system. Finally, through a series of experiments, the paper draws the conclusion that the power supply system meets the design requirements, and puts forward some areas and development directions to be improved in the design.
