基于多元性能退化量光纖陀螺貯存壽命綜合評估

【摘要】:"長期貯存,一次使用"的軍事應(yīng)用需求使得光纖陀螺的貯存壽命越來越受到關(guān)注,采用基于多元性能退化量的方法來綜合評估光纖陀螺的貯存壽命;首先分析了光纖陀螺主要性能退化參數(shù),其次采用Wiener過程對光纖陀螺的退化進(jìn)行建模,并給出參數(shù)估計(jì)和可靠度函數(shù),接著介紹了利用協(xié)方差矩陣進(jìn)行可靠度函數(shù)融合的具體方法,最后利用前述方法對光纖陀螺貯存可靠性進(jìn)行綜合評估;光纖陀螺在55℃進(jìn)行貯存時(shí),同時(shí)考慮零偏、零漂和標(biāo)度因數(shù)之間的相關(guān)性時(shí),貯存壽命為38 100 h,假設(shè)各參數(shù)之間相互獨(dú)立,貯存壽命為16 000 h;試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)產(chǎn)品具有多個(gè)性能退化量時(shí),采用基于多元性能退化量的綜合評估方法對產(chǎn)品的評估更加全面、合理。
[Abstract]:The requirement of "long-term storage, one use" makes the storage life of fiber optic gyroscope (fog) pay more and more attention. The method based on multi-performance degradation quantity is used to evaluate the storage life of fiber optic gyroscope (fog). Firstly, the main performance degradation parameters of fiber optic gyroscope (fog) are analyzed. Secondly, the degradation of fiber optic gyroscope (fog) is modeled by Wiener process, and the parameter estimation and reliability function are given.
