小鼠視覺(jué)感受區(qū)電位與呼吸頻率相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:文中對(duì)小鼠視覺(jué)感受區(qū)電位信號(hào)與呼吸頻率的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行研究。首先基于小波包變換的方法對(duì)小鼠視覺(jué)感受區(qū)電位信號(hào)在δ波段的分量進(jìn)行提取,并對(duì)小鼠呼吸曲線(xiàn)進(jìn)行濾波。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用互功率譜分析方法研究了提取出的δ波段小鼠視覺(jué)感受區(qū)電位信號(hào)和濾波后的呼吸曲線(xiàn)間的相關(guān)性。研究結(jié)果表明,小鼠視覺(jué)感受區(qū)電位信號(hào)在δ波段的分量與濾波后的小鼠呼吸曲線(xiàn)在小鼠呼吸頻率上具有很大的相關(guān)性。文中的研究方法也為大腦局部場(chǎng)電位信號(hào)的處理和分析提供了一種新的思路。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the correlation between the potential signal and respiratory frequency of mouse visual receptive region was studied. Firstly, the components of the potential signal in 未 band were extracted based on wavelet packet transform. On the basis of filtering the mouse respiratory curve, the correlation between the extracted 未 band mouse visual receptor potential signal and the filtered respiratory curve was studied by cross-power spectrum analysis. There is a great correlation between the 未 band component of mouse visual receptor potential signal and the filtered mouse respiratory curve in the mouse respiratory frequency. The research method in this paper is also the processing and analysis of the brain local field potential signal. A new way of thinking is provided.
