【摘要】：近年來(lái),作為解決農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題的新形式,社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)(CSA)逐漸走入了公眾視野。CSA是以信任為基礎(chǔ)的互助農(nóng)業(yè),參與其中的消費(fèi)者具有兩種信任屬性——基于面對(duì)面交互的經(jīng)驗(yàn)信任與基于價(jià)值認(rèn)同的特征信任。這兩種信任形式使得CSA的信任范圍只能局限于某一特征群體,難以擴(kuò)張。同時(shí),CSA會(huì)員流失現(xiàn)象體現(xiàn)了CSA中消費(fèi)者信任程度的不足。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)(IOT)技術(shù)是一條增加消費(fèi)者信任的新途徑。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與物聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建可以使消費(fèi)者獲得更多關(guān)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品與CSA的信息,并促進(jìn)制度信任的形成,使CSA贏得更多消費(fèi)者。此時(shí),政府及產(chǎn)學(xué)研各方應(yīng)注意解決物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)問(wèn)題、成本問(wèn)題與物聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)的協(xié)調(diào)管理問(wèn)題等,以促進(jìn)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用對(duì)CSA信任范圍的擴(kuò)張作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as a new form of solving the problem of quality and safety of agricultural products, community support agriculture (CSAA) has gradually entered the public view. CSA is a mutual aid agriculture based on trust. The consumers involved have two kinds of trust attributes-experiential trust based on face-to-face interaction and characteristic trust based on value identity. These two forms of trust make the trust range of CSA limited to a certain characteristic group. It is difficult to expand. At the same time, the loss of CSA members reflects the lack of consumer trust in CSA. IOT technology is a new way to increase consumer trust. The application of Internet of things technology and the construction of Internet of things platform can. Providing consumers with more information on agricultural products and CSA, And promote the formation of institutional trust, so that CSA won more consumers. At this time, the government and the parties should pay attention to solve the problem of Internet of things technology, cost and the coordinated management of the Internet of things platform, and so on. In order to promote the Internet of things application to the CSA trust range expansion.
