【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、圖像處理技術(shù)和顯示技術(shù)的發(fā)展,大屏幕顯示設(shè)備日趨成熟,性價(jià)比越來越高,特別是DLP顯示技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),克服了CRT和LCD顯示技術(shù)亮度低、對(duì)比度弱和色彩一致性差的弱點(diǎn),逐步成為監(jiān)控中心的顯示系統(tǒng)今后的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。數(shù)字光處理(Digital Light Processing-DLP)技術(shù)打破了傳統(tǒng)模擬顯示的局限,提高了數(shù)字視頻的潛能,由于DLP的數(shù)字化特性,使其能夠產(chǎn)生高亮度、高對(duì)比度和高分辨率的顯示圖像,因此,基于DLP技術(shù)的應(yīng)用越來越多。加速信息化的建設(shè)將使行業(yè)和商業(yè)市場(chǎng)對(duì)與投影及大屏幕顯示設(shè)備的需求持續(xù)保持高增長(zhǎng),教育信息化的深入和政務(wù)、城市信息化的普及,以及隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展日益活躍起來的各種商務(wù)活動(dòng),將成為未來行業(yè)和商務(wù)市場(chǎng)對(duì)投影及大屏幕顯示設(shè)備需求的主力。目前國(guó)內(nèi)各類應(yīng)急指揮中心、城市交通、業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)度中心的大屏幕顯示系統(tǒng)基本上采用了DLP背投拼接大屏幕顯示系統(tǒng)。隨著整個(gè)行業(yè)的不斷成熟,客戶和企業(yè)的發(fā)展也逐漸變得理性起來,作為推動(dòng)大屏幕背投拼接顯示行業(yè)發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,將推動(dòng)整個(gè)大屏幕拼接顯示系統(tǒng)行業(yè)的健康快速的發(fā)展。 為此,本論文在查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,研究分析了現(xiàn)有DLP背投大屏幕箱體系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,以及其存在的不足之處,開展了大屏幕箱體單元的硬件部分設(shè)計(jì)(箱體的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),反射鏡的安裝位置確定,投影機(jī)型號(hào)和屏幕類型選擇)以及DLP背投大屏幕箱體系統(tǒng)的軟件程序設(shè)計(jì)。通過研究得到以下結(jié)論: (1)通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有的大屏幕箱體結(jié)構(gòu)的分析,設(shè)計(jì)了一種開放式的箱體結(jié)構(gòu),打破了原有箱體獨(dú)立單元的結(jié)構(gòu),使得箱體在于重量、成本、運(yùn)輸?shù)确矫?得到了很大的改善。 (2)通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有的樹脂屏的分析,設(shè)計(jì)了一種機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu),利用彎折片狀結(jié)構(gòu)中部區(qū)段的平面可繞該段板面的法線方向旋轉(zhuǎn)的特點(diǎn),使兩端平面沿與中部區(qū)段平面平行的方向產(chǎn)生相對(duì)位移,解決了樹脂屏?xí)驗(yàn)榇笃聊恢車h(huán)境溫度的變化,而熱脹冷縮,使之屏幕內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生張力,導(dǎo)致屏幕的撕裂、擠碎、脫落等現(xiàn)象。而且用此兩端的平面連接兩種不同的材料,可使之允許不同的材料產(chǎn)生一定的位移,從而釋放其產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力,接納其形變。 (3)通過對(duì)投影機(jī)的分類和參數(shù)的選擇,特別是投影機(jī)的鏡頭比參數(shù)的研究,解決了大屏幕箱體單元的厚度設(shè)計(jì)問題。 (4)通過對(duì)大屏幕顯示系統(tǒng)軟件的研究,設(shè)計(jì)了一套操作簡(jiǎn)單,快速掌握,條例清晰的軟件程序。很好的解決了以往由于箱體單元過多,而導(dǎo)致程序軟件很復(fù)雜的現(xiàn)象。大屏幕的控制軟件系統(tǒng),其中包含了控制軟件的界面,操作步驟,還有拼接服務(wù)端的服務(wù)指令。方便與用戶對(duì)于系統(tǒng)的了解和掌握。這個(gè)控制軟件界面的開發(fā),是我們公司自主研發(fā)的,操作簡(jiǎn)單,也比較容易掌握。 本論文設(shè)計(jì)的DLP背投大屏幕,不僅解決了傳統(tǒng)DLP大屏幕箱體大而笨重的結(jié)構(gòu),而且也解決了屏幕因熱脹冷縮而產(chǎn)生張力的問題。有一定范圍的通用性和廣闊的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology, image processing technology and the development of display technology, large screen display equipment has become more and more mature, more cost-effective, especially DLP display technology, CRT display technology and LCD to overcome the low brightness, contrast and color consistency weak weakness, gradually become the future development trend of display system the center of digital light processing (Digital Light Processing-DLP) technology has broken the limitation of conventional analog display, improves the digital video potential, due to the digital characteristics of DLP, which can produce high brightness, high contrast and high resolution images, therefore, more and more applications based on DLP technology to accelerate informatization construction. The industry and commercial markets with projection and large screen display equipment needs continue to maintain high growth, the development of education informationization and the popularization of e-government, city informatization, and with the With the economic development and growing up of various business activities, will become the future of the industry and commerce market demand for the main display device and projection screen. At present, all kinds of emergency command center, city traffic, traffic scheduling center of the large screen display system basically adopts the DLP rear projection large screen splicing display system. With the industry constantly mature, customers and the development of enterprises has gradually become rational, as the backbone of the industry that promotes the development of large screen projection mosaic, will promote the development of large screen display system industry healthy and rapid.
Therefore, based on the relevant literature review, research and analysis of the current design method of DLP rear projection big screen box system, and its shortcomings, to carry out the design of the hardware part of the big screen box unit (mechanical structure design, the installation location of the mirror to determine the type and type selection screen, projector) and DLP rear projection big screen box system software design. The conclusions are as following:
(1) by analyzing the structure of the existing large screen box, an open box structure is designed, which breaks the structure of the original independent unit and makes the box body greatly improved in terms of weight, cost and transportation.
(2) through the analysis of the existing resin screen, designed a kind of mechanical structure, the characteristics of normal direction by the plane bending sheet structure in the central section around the surface of the rotation of the plane along the central section and the ends of plane parallel to the direction of relative displacement, solve the resin due to changes in the big screen screen the ambient temperature, and thermal expansion and contraction, internal to screen tension, causing screen tearing, crushing, fall off and so on. And the connection of two different materials with the ends of the plane, can produce a certain displacement allows different materials, thereby releasing the stress, the deformation of acceptance.
(3) through the classification of the projector and the selection of the parameters, especially the study of the lens ratio of the projector, the design of the thickness of the large screen box unit is solved.
(4) through the research on the large screen display system software, design a set of simple operation, rapid control, clear regulations of the software program. It solved the housing unit because of too much, resulting in software complex phenomenon. The control software system of large screen, which includes control software the interface, operation steps, and splicing server service commands. Convenient and user for the system to understand and grasp the development of the control software. The interface, is our company independent research and development, but also has the advantages of simple operation, easy to grasp.
The DLP rear projection large screen designed in this paper not only solves the large and cumbersome structure of the traditional DLP large screen box, but also solves the problem of the tension generated by the thermal expansion and contraction of the screen. It has a certain range of versatility and broad prospects for development.
