海雜波特性及其抑制技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:海雜波是影響海面目標(biāo)探測(cè)雷達(dá)性能的重要因素,因而海雜波抑制技術(shù)是雷達(dá)工作者的重要研究課題。而對(duì)海雜波特性的研究有助于加深對(duì)海雜波的認(rèn)識(shí),從而有助于雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)方案的設(shè)計(jì)和海雜波抑制算法的研究。論文針對(duì)海雜波特性及其抑制技術(shù)進(jìn)行了如下的研究工作:首先,分析了海雜波后向散射系數(shù)與雷達(dá)工作頻率、極化方式、海況、風(fēng)向與雷達(dá)視角之間的夾角等物理量的關(guān)系;討論了海雜波的空時(shí)相關(guān)特性、海雜波的四種統(tǒng)計(jì)分布模型(Weibull分布、Lognormal分布、復(fù)合K分布、廣義復(fù)合分布)及其建模方法、海雜波幅度與功率譜的非平穩(wěn)特征,并模擬了四種統(tǒng)計(jì)分布模型的海雜波。其次,詳細(xì)闡述了海洋動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)的反演過(guò)程,分析了海況等級(jí)、風(fēng)速、浪高之間的經(jīng)驗(yàn)關(guān)系,提出了基于海洋動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)估計(jì)海雜波多普勒頻率和譜寬,繼而進(jìn)行海雜波抑制方法的研究,并用IPIX雷達(dá)的實(shí)測(cè)海雜波數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),取得了一定的效果。再次,分別研究了基于AR模型和基于SVM的海雜波抑制技術(shù)。在基于AR模型的海雜波抑制技術(shù)中,詳細(xì)介紹了AR模型的基本理論,闡述了AR白化濾波器抑制海雜波的原理,用實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)并分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果;在基于SVM的海雜波抑制技術(shù)中,詳細(xì)闡述了SVM原理與SVM時(shí)間序列預(yù)測(cè)方法,分析了各參數(shù)對(duì)SVM性能的影響,并用實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),比較其與AR模型的性能。最后,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于PowerPC硬件平臺(tái)的海雜波模擬軟件設(shè)計(jì)。介紹了PowerPC的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及其在處理復(fù)雜信號(hào)方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),說(shuō)明了嵌入式軟件開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境Tornado的特點(diǎn)、在該環(huán)境下實(shí)現(xiàn)海雜波的模擬的方法,并用原型仿真器VxSim進(jìn)行仿真,給出了海雜波模擬的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。論文中對(duì)海雜波特性的分析是海雜波抑制技術(shù)的研究基礎(chǔ),在三種海雜波抑制技術(shù)中,基于AR模型的海雜波抑制技術(shù)與基于SVM的海雜波抑制技術(shù)有良好的性能,而前者由于計(jì)算量小的特點(diǎn),更易于工程實(shí)現(xiàn),基于海洋動(dòng)力學(xué)的海雜波抑制技術(shù)為海雜波抑制技術(shù)提供了新的思路;赑owerPC硬件平臺(tái)的海雜波模擬器實(shí)現(xiàn)為與海雜波相關(guān)的研究提供了數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源。
[Abstract]:Sea clutter is an important factor affecting the performance of sea surface target detection radar, so sea clutter suppression technology is an important research topic for radar workers, and the study of sea clutter characteristics is helpful to deepen the understanding of sea clutter. This is helpful to the design of radar system scheme and the research of sea clutter suppression algorithm. In this paper, the characteristics of sea clutter and its suppression techniques are studied as follows: firstly, the backscattering coefficient of sea clutter and the frequency of radar are analyzed. The relation of physical quantities such as polarization mode, sea condition, wind direction and radar angle of view, the space-time correlation characteristics of sea clutter, the Weibull distribution and the compound K distribution of sea clutter are discussed. Generalized composite distribution) and its modeling method, the non-stationary characteristics of sea clutter amplitude and power spectrum, and the simulation of sea clutter of four statistical distribution models. Secondly, the inversion process of marine dynamic parameters is described in detail, and the sea condition grade is analyzed. Based on the empirical relationship between wind speed and wave height, the Doppler frequency and spectral width of sea clutter are estimated based on marine dynamic parameters, and then the suppression method of sea clutter is studied. The simulation experiments are carried out with the measured sea clutter data of IPIX radar. Thirdly, the technology of sea clutter suppression based on AR model and SVM is studied respectively. In the technology of sea clutter suppression based on AR model, the basic theory of AR model is introduced in detail. The principle of AR whitening filter for suppressing sea clutter is expounded, and the experimental results are analyzed with the measured data. In the technology of sea clutter suppression based on SVM, the principle of SVM and the prediction method of SVM time series are described in detail. The effect of various parameters on the performance of SVM is analyzed, and the performance of AR model is compared with that of real data. This paper realizes the design of sea clutter simulation software based on PowerPC hardware platform, introduces the structure characteristics of PowerPC and its advantages in dealing with complex signals, and explains the characteristics of embedded software development environment Tornado. The simulation method of sea clutter is realized in this environment, and the experimental results of sea clutter simulation are given by using the prototype simulator VxSim. The analysis of the characteristics of sea clutter in this paper is the research foundation of sea clutter suppression technology. Among the three kinds of sea clutter suppression techniques, AR model-based sea clutter suppression and SVM based sea clutter suppression have good performance. Sea clutter suppression based on marine dynamics provides a new idea for sea clutter suppression. The implementation of sea clutter simulator based on PowerPC hardware platform provides a data source for the research of sea clutter.
