【摘要】：目前,隨著“數(shù)字城管”系統(tǒng)建設的不斷發(fā)展,市政部件普查和更新工作越來越成為制約系統(tǒng)建設的瓶頸,大量的人力投入和繁重的野外作業(yè),讓基礎數(shù)據(jù)的獲取和更新成為系統(tǒng)建設的一大難點,傳統(tǒng)市政部件采集方式因投入過多的人力資源、程序繁瑣而難以滿足目前經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的需要。本文根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)部件采集的特點,認真分析了占用大量人力資源的環(huán)節(jié),著重研究北斗衛(wèi)星導航定位技術的應用,引進高精度的地理信息采集設備,組建獨立的CORS系統(tǒng),創(chuàng)新工作流程,實現(xiàn)了部件普查內(nèi)外業(yè)一體化采集,大大節(jié)省了人力資源,提高了工作效率,產(chǎn)品質量較傳統(tǒng)采集方法更得到保證,產(chǎn)生了較好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。
[Abstract]:At present, with the continuous development of the construction of "digital urban management" system, the survey and updating of municipal components has become the bottleneck of the system construction, with a large amount of manpower input and heavy field work. Let the acquisition and updating of basic data become a major difficulty in the system construction, traditional municipal component collection method because of the excessive investment of human resources, The procedure is cumbersome and difficult to meet the needs of current economic and social development. According to the characteristics of traditional parts collection, this paper analyzes the links that occupy a large number of human resources, and focuses on the application of Beidou satellite navigation and positioning technology. The introduction of high precision geographic information acquisition equipment, the establishment of an independent CORS system, the innovation of work flow, the realization of integrated collection of parts, both inside and outside the field, greatly saves human resources and improves work efficiency. The product quality is more guaranteed than the traditional collection method, which has good economic and social benefits.
