【摘要】：針對(duì)RSSI信號(hào)強(qiáng)度定位方法中當(dāng)發(fā)射節(jié)點(diǎn)和接收節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的無(wú)線電傳播路徑被障礙物阻擋而造成噪聲誤差,使得節(jié)點(diǎn)定位欠精確的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于混合高斯模型進(jìn)行測(cè)距誤差修正和EM-SOM的節(jié)點(diǎn)定位算法;首先,通過(guò)混合高斯模型對(duì)RSSI獲得的測(cè)量距離誤差進(jìn)行建模,通過(guò)EM方法對(duì)混合高斯模型中的各參數(shù)即各高斯模型的權(quán)值、均值和協(xié)方差進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,采用自組織的SOM對(duì)測(cè)量距離樣本進(jìn)行聚類(lèi),獲得各高斯模型的初始權(quán)值,最后,將測(cè)量距離輸入訓(xùn)練后的高斯模型獲得較為真實(shí)的距離值,并通過(guò)極大似然估計(jì)進(jìn)行節(jié)點(diǎn)的定位;實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明文中方法能對(duì)具有噪聲誤差的節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行定位,且相對(duì)其它方法,具有平均定位誤差和均方根誤差小的優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有較大的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:In the RSSI signal intensity localization method, when the radio transmission path between the transmitting node and the receiving node is blocked by obstacles, the noise error is caused, which makes the node location inaccurate. In this paper, a hybrid Gao Si model for ranging error correction and EM-SOM node location algorithm is designed. Firstly, the measurement distance error obtained by RSSI is modeled by the mixed Gao Si model. The EM method is used to train the weights, mean values and covariances of various parameters in the mixed Gao Si model, and the self-organized SOM is used to cluster the measured distance samples to obtain the initial weight values of each Gao Si model. The measured distance is input to the trained Gao Si model to obtain the real distance value, and the node location is carried out by maximum likelihood estimation. The experimental results show that the proposed method can locate the nodes with noise errors, and compared with other methods. It has the advantage of small mean positioning error and root mean square error.
