【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,移動(dòng)定位已經(jīng)成為人們?nèi)粘I畹囊淮笮枨。?duì)于室外GPS定位的研究已日趨成熟,人們迫切希望室內(nèi)定位能和室外定位無(wú)縫對(duì)接,便利生活與工作。近幾年,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究人員對(duì)室內(nèi)定位做了大量的工作,提出了各種利用不同信號(hào)載體、不同定位算法的方案。而室內(nèi)定位領(lǐng)域的樓層定位研究尚處于初始階段,許多研究忽視對(duì)樓層的確定,或者直接人為指定樓層,,或者利用硬件設(shè)備獲得海拔信息。而樓層定位有其特殊的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和用戶需求,因此未來(lái)利用軟件方案、算法對(duì)樓層定位作研究是很有必要的。 針對(duì)樓層定位,本文第一次總結(jié)了近幾年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外有限的文獻(xiàn)資料,提出一個(gè)基于RSSI信號(hào)分析的FLOC樓層定位方案,將樓層定位抽象成數(shù)據(jù)分析模型,解決樓層定位問題。 本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)與創(chuàng)新有: (1)針對(duì)樓層定位方向研究的匱乏的現(xiàn)象,本文調(diào)研分析現(xiàn)有室內(nèi)定位、樓層定位方法,分析其技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、指出不足。 (2)結(jié)合穿越樓層的WiFi信號(hào)的RSSI值特點(diǎn),定量分析了樓層層板阻隔效應(yīng),提出一個(gè)基于信號(hào)分析的FLOC解決方案; (3)創(chuàng)造性地將樓層定位抽象成數(shù)據(jù)分析問題,首次將隱馬爾科夫模型、聚類分析應(yīng)用于樓層定位,改進(jìn)前向后向算法使適用于FLOC方案,通過四組參數(shù)對(duì)比分析評(píng)估模型性能,在特定參數(shù)下達(dá)到100%的定位精度; (4)在Android平臺(tái)上驗(yàn)證FLOC方案,通過眾包采集利用現(xiàn)成的熱點(diǎn)設(shè)施實(shí)現(xiàn),無(wú)需現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、成本低。 (5)開發(fā)火災(zāi)逃生APP,并將該方案應(yīng)用其中,實(shí)驗(yàn)證明將樓層定位結(jié)合在定位應(yīng)用中,比傳統(tǒng)人工設(shè)置更靈活、智能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, mobile positioning has become a major demand of people's daily life. The research on outdoor GPS positioning has become more and more mature, people urgently hope that indoor positioning and outdoor positioning can be jointed seamlessly. In recent years, researchers at home and abroad have done a great deal of work on indoor positioning, and put forward various kinds of use of different signal carriers, However, the study of floor location in the field of indoor location is still in the initial stage. Many studies ignore the determination of the floor, or directly artificial designated floor, Or using hardware equipment to obtain altitude information, and floor positioning has its special application value and user needs, so it is necessary to use software scheme and algorithm to study floor location in the future. For the first time, this paper summarizes the limited literature in recent years, and proposes a FLOC floor location scheme based on RSSI signal analysis, which abstracts the floor location into a data analysis model to solve the problem of floor location. The main contributions and innovations of this paper are as follows:. 1) in view of the lack of research on the direction of floor positioning, this paper investigates and analyzes the existing indoor positioning and floor positioning methods, analyzes its technical characteristics and points out its shortcomings. (2) considering the characteristics of RSSI value of WiFi signal across floors, the barrier effect of floor laminates is quantitatively analyzed, and a FLOC solution based on signal analysis is proposed. 3) abstracting floor location into data analysis problem creatively, applying hidden Markov model and cluster analysis to floor location for the first time, improving forward and backward algorithm to apply to FLOC scheme, and evaluating the performance of the model by comparing four sets of parameters. The positioning accuracy is up to 100% in specific parameters. 4) verify the FLOC scheme on the Android platform, realize by crowdsourcing and using the ready-made hot spot facilities, do not need the field investigation, and the cost is low. 5) develop the fire escape app, and apply it to it. The experiment shows that the combination of floor positioning in location application is more flexible and intelligent than traditional manual setting.
