嵌入式微弱信號采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:信號檢測是人們了解自然的基礎(chǔ),隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)以及理論研究的加深,對信號檢測的極限提出了更高的要求,因此誕生了微弱信號檢測這一新興的學(xué)科。微弱信號的興起吸引了大批科研工作者的關(guān)注。 微弱信號的采集作為微弱信號檢測的一部分,自然也引起了極大的關(guān)注,研究出了眾多的科研產(chǎn)品,代表的有鎖定放大器、取樣積分器等。這些儀器都有一個(gè)共同的特點(diǎn),就是設(shè)備先進(jìn)、價(jià)格昂貴,只適用重大研究項(xiàng)目中。鑒于這一缺陷,本文分析了微弱信號采集中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),擬搭建一套面向大眾的完整的微弱信號采集系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對模擬信號處理與數(shù)字信號采集,從而達(dá)到在上位機(jī)識別微弱信號的目的。 本文首先對微弱信號檢測的相關(guān)知識做了介紹,介紹了微弱信號的特點(diǎn)、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀等,分析出成本低廉的微弱信號采集系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用前景,從而提出了將嵌入式和虛擬儀器結(jié)合到一起,形成嵌入式微弱信號采集系統(tǒng)的思路。 接著針對嵌入式微弱信號采集系統(tǒng),提出以FPGA和LabVIEW為中心解決方案。細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,為放大濾波、AD采樣、傳輸控制和系統(tǒng)軟件選擇了合適的開發(fā)平臺,并給出了依據(jù)。 然后根據(jù)解決方案對系統(tǒng)的組成部分進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)。硬件部分給出了放大濾波、AD采樣和控制傳輸幾個(gè)模塊的電路根據(jù)硬件系統(tǒng)需求以及與軟件系統(tǒng)的交互,嵌入式系統(tǒng)完成了指令解釋、采樣控制以及數(shù)據(jù)讀寫等功能,同時(shí)對USB固件的修改使得傳輸端口專屬于采集設(shè)備軟件系統(tǒng)具備了與設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)交互以及對數(shù)字信號的處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了上位機(jī)對采樣信號的重現(xiàn)和存儲功能。 最后進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試。通過對各個(gè)硬件和軟件模塊的調(diào)試,,以及總體調(diào)試,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對微弱信號的采集功能。
[Abstract]:Signal detection is the basis of people's understanding of nature. With the deepening of science and technology and theoretical research, the limit of signal detection has been put forward higher requirements. As a result, weak signal detection, a new subject, has attracted the attention of a large number of researchers. As a part of weak signal detection, the acquisition of weak signals has naturally aroused great concern. Many scientific research products, such as locking amplifiers, sampling integrators and so on, have been developed. These instruments all have a common characteristic. Is that the equipment is advanced, the price is expensive, only applies in the important research project. In view of this flaw, this paper analyzes the key technology in the weak signal collection, plans to build a set of complete weak signal acquisition system for the public. Analog signal processing and digital signal acquisition are realized, so that weak signal can be recognized on the upper computer. This paper first introduces the relevant knowledge of weak signal detection, introduces the characteristics of weak signal, the current situation at home and abroad, and analyzes the application prospect of low cost weak signal acquisition system. The idea of combining embedded instrument with virtual instrument to form embedded weak signal acquisition system is put forward. Then, aiming at the embedded weak signal acquisition system, the paper puts forward a solution centered on FPGA and LabVIEW. The detailed design scheme selects a suitable development platform for AD sampling, transmission control and system software for amplifying and filtering, and gives the basis. Then, according to the solution, the components of the system are analyzed and designed. The hardware part gives the circuits of the AD sampling and control transmission modules based on the hardware system requirements and the interaction with the software system. The embedded system has completed the functions of instruction interpretation, sampling control and data reading and writing. At the same time, the modification of the USB firmware makes the transmission port belong to the acquisition equipment software system with the data interaction with the device and the processing of digital signal. The function of reproduction and storage of the sampling signal is realized by the upper computer. Finally, the system is debugged. Through the debugging of each hardware and software module, as well as the overall debugging, the weak signal acquisition function is realized.
