【摘要】：隨著公安信息化建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),可視會(huì)議和調(diào)度已成為公安機(jī)關(guān)提高效率、節(jié)省成本的重要工作形式.公安交通管理部門作為一支部門繁多、人員規(guī)模龐大、下屬機(jī)構(gòu)坐落分散的隊(duì)伍，經(jīng)常要處置一些緊急任務(wù)、傳達(dá)一些緊急指示，依靠傳統(tǒng)的“見(jiàn)面式”會(huì)議，在一定程度上延緩了處置和傳達(dá)的時(shí)間，影響警務(wù)效率的提高。視訊會(huì)議和調(diào)度能夠有效縮短響應(yīng)時(shí)間、節(jié)省會(huì)議成本、快速部署調(diào)度，是公安交通管理部門的必然建設(shè)趨勢(shì)。因此，本文將就天津市公安交通管理局視頻指揮調(diào)度系統(tǒng)建設(shè)思路進(jìn)行研究。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)依托E1專線和IP組網(wǎng)技術(shù)，，從交通管理工作實(shí)際出發(fā)，對(duì)系統(tǒng)原理、系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、建設(shè)需求、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述，符合天津市公安交通管理局的建設(shè)需求，系統(tǒng)建成后，將有助于提高警務(wù)效率，節(jié)省警力資源。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the information construction of public security, visual conference and dispatch have become an important work form for public security organs to improve their efficiency and save their costs. As a branch of public security, the traffic management department of public security has a large number of personnel. The subordinate organization, which is located in a scattered team, often has to deal with some urgent tasks, convey some urgent instructions, and rely on traditional "meeting" meetings, which to a certain extent delay the time of disposal and communication. Video conference and dispatch can effectively shorten the response time, save the meeting cost and deploy the dispatch quickly, which is the inevitable construction trend of the police traffic management department. This paper will study the train of thought of the video command and dispatch system of Tianjin Public Security Traffic Administration Bureau. The system design is based on E1 special line and IP network technology, based on the actual traffic management, the system principle, system structure, construction requirements, The system design and system realization method are described in detail, which meet the construction needs of Tianjin Public Security Traffic Administration Bureau. After the system is completed, it will help to improve the police efficiency and save police resources.
